Our garage door wouldn’t close, sometimes. And of course it was working just fine on the day that Trotter came out. The technician, Dee, was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I will call them again if/​when we have more issues, and I will ask for Dee.

Be very careful folks. When you google search garage door repair in Okc, Ok. a company called Garage Door Services pops up first. They are dirt bags that try & get there first & rip you off big time starting with a $ 39.00 «service call». Something was clearly not right so we called Trotter. Trotter responded quickly & was just the opposite of those other clowns. They did a full inspection at no cost showing us things to look for & where to lubricate. They replaced the springs at half the cost of the other company. If you want honest work at a fair price, call Trotter!

We have dealt with Trotter for years and they have always been helpful. We had our garage door replaced, new opener installed, and keypad added. When they were installing the door, the dropped a panel damaging it. They ordered a new one and replaced it once it arrived. Everything has worked well. I would recommend them to anyone.

My garage door would not open & I had a flight to catch, I was in a panic! Called Trotter & told them my situation, Sam sent a tech out right away to help me. He notice my door was locked manually, that’s why my garage door opener wouldn’t lift my door. NO CHARGE! What a great company! I also made my flight! This is why I never use anyone but Trotter, their the best. THANKS GUYS

Run — Don’t walk from this horrible, unethical and disreputable company! I bought a top of the line LiftMaster garage door opener from them and new garage door. The rotten Garage door opener kept opening all by itself 2 days after it was installed and kept doing so. Jesse Trotter, the owner, had no idea what the problem was, replaced the motor and it still kept doing it! The door opened in the middle of the night and my dog got out in a severe thunder storm and was injured and almost killed!!! Jesse Trotter was again horrible to me. First he lied and tried to say the opener was no longer under warranty and didn’t want to replace it until I checked with LiftMaster and found that I had a lifetime warranty on it. Then he ripped me off over $ 150 and replace 2 key pads that didn’t need to be replaced. Then 2 years later, when the bottom panel was damaged — they refused to come out or repair the door when I needed a repair and a guy name Sam was abusive, disrespectful and unprofessional beyond belief! He told me they don’t carry panels or replace them & to call some other company and refused to repair or even look at it and when I asked for the phone # of the other company, Sam told me that is what yellow pages is for and hung up on me! This company is as disreputable as it gets! The only want to charge you a huge amount of money for a new opener and door, do terribly shoddy work and then refuse to provide any support or assistance afterward. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to these despicable people!!!
