Terrible customer service. I had a leak in the roof near the chimney. Someone from 3-​D Roofing came out, (I was not at home), patched a small crack on the chimney and what looks like an attempt at patching some flashing around the base of the chimney, but it didn’t stick. I could not get any response from the company, called every couple of days to no avail. They finally emailed me an invoice for $ 350 and told me I needed work on the chimney. This was after two weeks, and numerous phone calls in which I spoke to three different people. Ironically their invoice stated I needed to pay them at my earliest convenience! I would stay far away from this company!
