We recently had the opportunity to work with Jeff, and would recommend him without hesitation. What appeared at first to be a total failure of our sewer line ended up being a major blockage (note: wipes and paper towels DO NOT belong in the toilet.). He spent two days using different equipment to clear our pipes, saving us literally thousands of dollars in avoiding a total replacement. He is friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. He even took the time to answer the (many) questions our kids asked him about what he was doing.
Being unable to use one’s toilet/​dishwasher/​washing machine very quickly becomes an urgent situation. Because we know almost nothing about plumbing we could easily have been talked into a MUCH more expensive repair. Jeff did everything possible to avoid a big expensive project and it fixed our problem. Because he is a small business his overhead is significantly lower than a bigger company. At the end of the job, he left the site better than he found it, helping to fill in a hole that we (not he) had dug to access our pipes.

I called Jeff after being referred to him by a local plumber in an emergency situation. It was a Saturday in November and water was coming in my finished basement fro outside. Within two hours, he was at my house evaluating the situation. He spent the next two hours examining potential causes of the problem and talking with me about options. Jeff was patient and knowledgable. His advice helped me temporarily stop the water until he was able to get back to permanently solve the problem by creating a sump basin and installing a pump system that moved water away from the foundation. The price he quoted was fair and it was exactly what he charged. I would recommend Jeff for storm water issues and will be calling on him myself again if we have another problem.

He ran over 200 feet of new sewer line through my driveway and yard, rerouted downspouts away from the house — and replaced the concrete and sod so well I can’t tell where the dig happened.
