Called a month in advance to book. Called the day before to confirm. All good at this point. Was told to come at 7am. Arrived at 6:55am, no one there. That’s fine, waited until 7:20, still nobody. Tried calling every 10 minutes until 8:30am before giving up.
That was yesterday and still no contact from them.
Avoid like the plague, unless you like getting stood up.

Bought a salmon fishing trip with All Seasons charters from Groupon along with a couple friends and family members. Captain never talked to anyone on the boat and just played on his phone the whole time. The deck hands busted their asses and were super freindly. At the end only one person got a fish (my brother), no one else even got a bite, the decks hands asked if he wanted it cleaned but before he could answer the Captain told them to put it into a bag he was holding which he then shoved towards me brother before saying (in a somewhat rude way) «have a nice day» and walking away. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with this charter and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I know you are not guaranteed to catch fish but a little customer service goes a long way. The Captain was a jack ass.

I am super pissed! Terrible customer service!
This was suppose to be a bachelor party for my fiancé. I had all the groomsmen purchase groupons. i called months ago to schedule the day and time. I called today to add one more person and they didn’t have my the reservation down. How irresponsible! And of course the charters are completely booked that day. Now I am having all the guys return their groupons. What a headache and disappointment.
They were so excited and the two women I spoke with on the phone were ridiculous. Unapologetic and did not seem to care or come up with any solution. Zero stars for this place!
I’ll make sure to spread the word…

I bought my 23 yr old daughtNer a Ling Cod fishing trip for her birthday. We were told to be there at 5:30 am. We arrived at 5:15 and 6 other people were there and two more arrived shortly after. No one from All Seasons Charters showed up. (We waited for 1 ½ hours)
I called and left a message and asked for my call to be returned. @3:30 my call still wasn’t returned so I called again. The woman that answered said the trip was cancelled due to something broken on the boat. She said she called everyone (She obviously didn’t call everyone if 10 people were there) she was rude and unapologetic. Said the Ling Cod trips were ending, didn’t offer to re-book or anything… horrible customer service.
We were really looking forward to this trip, took the day off work and it was a huge disappointment.

I wanted to give my son a weekend whale-watching trip for his 18^th birthday in April. I called three times; the first time I was put on hold a long time, then told there were no openings, but I could call back next week, the first weekend in May, as trips were going to extend into That weekend. I called back as directed and a woman took my number for a wait list and told me to call back later in the day; when I did so I was told the person who answered the other two calls had been mistaken, there is no more whale-watching. So I was flabbergasted to be awakened before 6 am today, a weekday, weeks later, to be told my son was already late for a fishing trip more than an hour’s drive away — apparently he had not been wait-listed for the non-existent weekend whale-watching but booked for something neither of us were informed about. Thank goodness I hadn’t given credit card info.

My wife and I have done couple of whale watching trips before including one in Alaska. This summer we thought of going for gray whale watching and chose all season charters and the trip was simply amazing. We made a reservation for afternoon tour on Saturday. The caption Michel and his team briefed us on security and throughout the trip keep us informed on whales and other wild life that we saw. They actually took time to interact with us and make sure we were all having a great time. We saw Californian sea lions bald eagles and gray whales. We saw four different whales from very close to our boat and for quite a long time. I have never enjoyed myself on whale watching more than this. We cruised along side the whales and even saw their tails. It was incredible ad unforgettable experience with all season charters.
