Dr. Barnes is the grandpa I never had. He is among the best Chiropractors I’ve ever had!!! He is knowledgeable, welcoming, humble and so damn happy all the time. I can’t help but be content as well. I always come armed w/questions. He’s always willing to do the best he can to help no matter how bizzare the question. Also, he is unafraid to develop a personal relationship w/you and your healthy lifestyle. I was unaware of how some of my hobbies have been negatively contributing to my spine. Not many would explore your lifestyle to give you some quick tips. Anyway, I’ve been seeing him for 2.5months now. I have to move soon but I am willing to trek to the area just to have him as my regular doc. If you are in Edmonds, and you hava coverage, DR. BARNESISTHEBESTCHIROPRACTORAROUND!

These fine folks ROCK!!! Update: 05÷08− So after several weeks of back spasms and general sucky back issues, I decided give Dr. Barnes a try. And boy-howdy am I glad. From the x-rays Doc Barnes told me I had some damage from a previous car accident, yup, I was in one as a teenager, my MOM was driving, not me! Any-who, Bingo, bango, pop-o, I’m back to normal, well, until I over do it and need to go back. Thankfully my Insurance covers this type of therapy, it’s been a life saver! Now I pretty much revisiting for«maintenance» visits. I took SB the other day with me, no appointment, I just called Doc Barnes who told me, «Sure bring’em on down!» Snap-snap and SB was happy, he got banged up in a soccer match recently, and after 1 treatment, he’s back to normal. End update*** Starch-boy, our son, had to have ankle surgery over the Summer, that required several months of rehab and the use of a boot-cast. A couple of weeks ago he started weight-training at school, which had it been done prior to the surgery I’m sure it alone would have been fine. Basically the heavy weight training was the straw that broke the camels back. Backaches and headaches brought him to tears and he walked around the house like a little old man all hunched over, it freaked me out to say the least. The Mrs. checked with our regular doctor who had prescribed pain meds told us this time around he needed to see a back specialist or go to a chiropractor. We opted for the latter, and boy are we glad! Dr. Barnes is a total ROCKSTAR in my book. He explained to SB what was going on with his back and treats him like an young adult. And get this, after 1 treatment Starch-boy was back on his feet doing a jig! Snap, crackle, POP! Everything was back into place. This also amazed me, Dr. Barnes told me the area of the spine that SB was having issues with, was connected/related to the digestive track, for which we had been dealing with the regular doctor for months, tons of meds later, nothing worked for SB. IBS my a$$!! Now, get this, he eats like a freaking horse, with no stomach pains!!! WOOT! Now, anyone care to adopt a 13yo boy, he’ll eat you out of house and home… Great office hours and plenty of parking, keep an eye out for it along Edmonds Way, don’t blink, you’ll miss it!
