First issue they teach behind closed doors. I brought my 3 year old to this class and was very disappointed that I was not able to watch my daughter in her class. I was especially disgusted and upset with the Instructor Felicia Brockmann. She thought it was appropriate to put my 3 year old daughter in a time out in class, without my permission, behind closed doors! Felicia Brockmann did not come to me to discuss, instead my daughter runs out of class very upset telling me she was put in to a time out in class! Felicia Brockmann is very immature and unprofessional. I hope she has learned from my bad experience that she needs to teach with doors open so that she can monitored.

Working with kids over the years, seeing a place that supports healthy and positive child development is amazing to me. Bethany is kind and warm and really cares about the school and families. I also love the fact that there is a store in front for any dancing needs — less running around trying to get it all together! Ballet Academy is a wonderful place for kids to grow and develop a healthy sense of self through the arts.

My daughter is a free spirit, so I was thrilled to find a «creative movement» class for her so close to home(basically pre-pre-ballet, haha) She gets to wear a ballet costume, and the teacher Felicia is fantastic with these little kiddos. The recital is coming up and my daughter is so excited to put on her tutu and wear lipstick. The owner Lana was so kind the day I stopped by to check the place out. She really loves these little ones, it’s obvious. Nothing but great things to say about the place.
