Ed is incredibly responsive, hard-​working, trustworthy, and the easily the most effective agent we’ve ever worked with. We used Ed for both buying and selling a home during 2013 – 14.
He showed us numerous homes for sale in the Mukilteo area and guided us to find the most appropriate one for us. In the end, we submitted a backup offer on a home that was already under contract. He went to bat for us at every junction and through perserverance was able to get our offer ultimately accepted as the first offer fell through shortly before closing. He managed the communication and buying process incredibly smoothly and clearly articulated our options and tradeoffs along the way.
Ed then listed our Edmonds house for sale. He handled all aspects of the sale and guided us in repairs and staging the home. Our home sold and we believe we got top dollar based on the prevailing market prices. Again, Ed provided every resource (repair contractors, stagers, marketing) necessary to make the sale. We would recommend him without any hesitation to a buyer or seller in the Edmonds /​Mukilteo area.
