When I first heard about this program, I was very skeptical, however, desperate to change my eating habits I jumped in. The constant coaching and encouragement I got from Annie made all the difference in my success. Ideal Protein and Annie enabled me to permanently eliminate added sugar (my trigger to diet disaster). Four years later I am still at my goal weight, and more importantly the principles of the program continue to be a part of my lifestyle. If you are trying to change your eating habits AND lose weight I highly recommend Annie and the Wellness Center.

This wellness center and diet are the best things that have ever happened to me! Hands down the best coach you will ever have on Ideal Protein is Annie! I have talked to and been to many clinics and Annie is truly the best by far! From the one on one time, to the motivational support, as well as her firm but fair policy is the only reason that I lost almost 100 pounds in less then a year! If you want to change your life and be on your way to a stronger, healthier, sexier you? Then go see her in Edmonds!
