If your going here to purchase something basic and be on your way its ok. But if you have questions or need help go elsewhere. They have ZERO customer service. Id rate it zero if I could.

Bought a vap pen there. It didn’t work so I tried to get them to exchange it or at least take a look at it to see what was wrong. Their response: «ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!» I’ll never set foot in the place again and hope they go out of business soon. Such slimy people!

Very nice shopkeeper good services and very informative and lots of e-​juice and tobacco products including puffin e– juice, the best on the planet and the only store on the north end that carry’s it so far

this stores customer service has declined rapidly since new management has taken over. It is managed by a husband and wife and another relative. The wife is pleasant but the husband is downright adversarial. The older gentleman is the best because he just rings you up and your on your way. The husband is bad for business. He must not realize if a customer leaves unhappy you didn’t lose a sale you lose a customer. Whats more important? standing your ground on ¢75? Or continued revenue from a regular customer? what happened to the customers always right? The previous owner was well liked and friendly. Because he was willing to make you the best deal. He would meet or beat any ones prices. The way the store is now I hate shopping for cigarettes here. I liked this store but now I would shop anywhere else. And I would especially avoid it if anyone but the older gentleman is working. I would rate it negative five stars if I could.

I was really excited about this smoke shop the first time I found it on Unilocal/​online.
Being new to the north end I was pretty let down with the selection in the area and was tired of going to the U-​District or Seattle for all my tobacco/​smoke accessory needs.
But of course that is too good to be true! Read on for more details. This shop is run by a rude guy with no customer service or integrity.
I purchased a defective water pipe, which cost me sixty dollars, it was a present for my boyfriend who later let me know that the «double percolator» bit was not working correctly. The glass piece had an imperfection on the inside, a small hole which caused a leak from the chamber. When I attempted to return the item the owner said it wouldn’t be possible, even after I showed him he was defective. when all I wanted was an exchange.
This place obviously isnt a great place to buy glass, and if you do want to buy glass water pipes I recommend going to a place that sells only that.
Really sad that this place didnt work out, the owner was very very rude to me, I am unsure why the other review says he is nice? I remember him yelling at his kids like a jerk when I went in to purchase the glass water pipe.
