Family Fun Center

Nearly everything here is in disrepair. My go-​kart had a flat and I had to stop mid lap (after incredibly unclear hand gestures from a staff member). Multiple arcade games had broken signs on them. Not even surprised at the other review regarding the roller coaster simulator getting stuck. Staff seems to consist entirely of apathetic teens. The laser tag room is so tiny you could never hide even when there were only 5 of us playing. The only reason for 2 stars rather than 1 was a helpful gal behind the counter, and the fact that mini golf is really really hard to mess up.

Came to this location a few months ago and I must say it is nice, not to bad for the go karts and the line is not very busy at all, maybe up to 2 – 3 people/​group family etc but ain’t to bad for a day at fun center a fun day that is

all the games and equipments are really old and outdated. the machine eat my token 3 time in a day. the staff told us not to play those machine again. minimum purchase is $ 25 and i was not able to used it up because none of the game are interested to my kids. and the machine that my kid interested all they do is eating token. probably not going to come here again. 1 extra star for friendly staff.

Much better than Chuck E. Cheese, but it is a bit far for us. There is a lot to do here besides arcade games. They have bumper cars, mini golf, a small kid play area with a trampoline, bumper boats, adventure course (these are outside as is part of the mini-​golf course so bad on a rainy day), laser tag. We quickly used up the points I had bought through a Groupon. It would be very easy to spend money here especially when the weather is nice and the outdoor attractions available.
At this time of year, it was not crowded at all at first and it seemed sad and empty. A birthday party came in later and the place filled up. I can see this place being overcrowded in the summer. The problem with going in the winter is missing out on the outdoor fun plus it was freezing inside! I take away a star for that. Plus, quite a few of the games didn’t seem to be working. This seems to be a perpetual problem at places like this.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Bobby whoever he is should not be allowed to be employed anywhere and was rude to me in front of my 12 year old neice. One of the staff members pocketed my money and Bobby did not go to any amount of effort to help me. He seemed annoyed that I was trying to figure out what happened to my change. His shift was almost over and clearly wanted to go home instead of help me. Service was poor and I would never imagine treating a customer this way. No refunds or other attempts were made. Not even a store credit. He refused and claimed this happened all the time. So your staff steals money all the time? Perfect! Don’t contribute to this place as they hire thieves. Thanks a lot suckers!

This place is a mad-​house. Kids are running everywhere (which might indicate that kids would give this place 5 stars). I actually don’t think too poorly of Funtasia, but their staff leave something to be desired. They exude a lack of knowledge and little ambition to help their customers. #teeny-​bops.

after 2 children became stuck in it and their mother was in hysterics because it was stuck on its side and several employees were needed to open it, the MANAGER on duty had the nerve to tell the mom that she NEVER allows her 16 year old in it as «this happens all the time.».
ARE YOU SERIOUS???
ZERO STARS for management to allow children on a ride that is outdated and dangerous.
I won’t ever be back to this establishment.

Came here for a date with my fiancé. We had a good time, but this place is really geared more for children and their birthday parties. There are tons of kids running around here. It gets over crowded. I recommend it, but keep in mind that there can be a lot going on here. Might not want to stay for too long, it can get exhausting.

This place has added a few new things over the couple of years. I hope to check out the small rope course type thing on my next visit. I verified that this was suitable for adults, but does look like it just runs on a track. I am a huge ropes course fan and can’t wait to do this with my nephews when they are older. There is also some jumping type contraptions out front, but they only allow people under age 20 to do flips. I’d still like to bounce though, maybe next time…
This is a good place to take kids, or bored adults who need something out of the ordinary to do. I enjoy the batting cages. Mini golf makes for a fun date night, since this is one of the few in the areas. Bumberboats and race cars can be fun too. Coupons can currently be found in the entertainment book. You can get a package deal that allows you do to a little of everything. They also serve food.
My nephew enjoyed tons of fun in the children’s play area. Although it was very hard on my knees I was able to crawl around through all the tunnels and fit down the slides. If I ever go again I will definitely bring knee pads. This kept him entertained for hours and was very reasonable. It will probably be harder to dissuade him from the other activities as he gets older, but for now we plan to visit frequently.
My only complaints are with the batting cages. 1 token is supposed to be 30 pitches. We counted on a few of them and they weren’t anywhere close, maybe 15, I think one had 6. We had to have the staff go out to fix the balls once.

While the Arcade needs new games, it is one of the worst. The food has imported greatly. The service this time I received was the best I have ever had. I had a kids birthday party for 6 that they lost the reservation. Not a problem with in 10 minutes they had a table and package all ready to go. They people they had working there where very young and very professional. I was impress by this. This place is way better than chuck cheese every could be.

Everyone smells like pot, the food was meh and half the games were broken but it was fun and what can you really expect from an arcade. Plus when my kiddo lost her prize bag they were nice enough to make us another. It is kinda pricey though for what is but I plan to come back and would recommend to others.

So… This place is okay but I do not know what the company does with all their money because it looks pretty old and gross. I think if they put it towards the attractions and games it would be a 5. A lot of games don’t work, or are outdated. Not enough stuff for adults to enjoy. It can get pretty crowded on a saturday and you gotta wait for games to play.
The worst thing about this place is the rollercoaster simulator, BEWARE!!! My cousin went in thinking wow this is going to be fun… well it wasn’t. He said the machine was making noises like it was breaking from the inside which scared him. Then the screen that was supposed to make his experience fun was completely blurry, and had gross stuff (that looked like wiped vomit) on the screen as well. Who knows the last time someone has cleaned that. Please replace the screen because it made my cousin so sick he ended up throwing up on the way home. Also he was not strapped in correctly which threw him around there like a rag doll. Poor thing…

The best place to take your nieces and nephews for easy organized fun. Tokens, tickets, cards and prizes at the end?! It’s like little kid heaven. I could also recommend it for teenagers dating. There is laser tag, go cart racing, bumper cars and the people are very forgiving of balls flying everywhere when the kid you’re watching knocks the basketballs over the countertops five times.

Pretty small location, the Tukwila location is obviously bigger & better. But this location is ok for mini golf and for to play a few arcade games.

Staff was great. This place needs a little updating and some pool cleaning. The put put has great potential but is warn. We had trouble with two machines eating out tokens but staff gave us some more. Overall just an okay experience.

We played mini golf and batting cages. The Golf course is half indoor and half outdoor so if it’s raining go for it.
Had pizza and wings. Great place to bring your children for parties.

Fun, inexpensive and really close to home. It’s a little rundown and dirty though. There is garbage on the floor and the mini golf course. It could use some attention. It’s also really hot and doesn’t have much air circulation.
Still it’s really cheap and if you check in with Unilocal you get a free mini golf game, so why not? Laser tag is 7.50 per person and mini golf 5.50. Don’t go expecting too much and you will be fine.

18 holes of putt-​putt goodness. It’s a smaller course and doesn’t have a ton of theme décor or crazy obstacles, but that’s my adult perspective. All the kids around us were having a great time.
The arcade has a decent selection of stuff to play, and there’s also bumper cars and bumper boats, a batting cage, go-​karts, and a huge seating/​dining area.

My kiddo outgrew Chuck E. Cheese quite some time ago. Finally! Over the years, we’ve spent more time at Family Fun Center (formerly Funtasia).
Parking in the lower lot often fills up to capacity. Luckily, there is overflow parking nearest to Aurora Ave.
Like most places geared toward kids, they offer party packages. Depending on your needs, you may consider whether the cost is warranted. I’ve been to quite a few parties here and if you get one where staff members are included, they’ve always been really helpful. However, aside from a cake, you won’t be allowed to bring food from the outside. I’m sure I don’t have to tell you that the food leaves much to be desired. Unlike places geared toward children, this place has things adults may find amusing as well. Outside, they have go karts, batting cages, mini-​golf, and water bumper boats. Inside, they have laser tag and a simulator that’s much too real for my liking (getting too old for this).
The best deal is a Groupon offered a number of times a year for $ 18 (something like a $ 37 value) which consists of 150 points. Also, because points are loaded on to a card, you can save them for another time. Many of the «games» give you tickets and kids cash them in for crap that costs a fraction of that. I’m afraid I haven’t found a way to avoid this predicament.
I most often play the one pinball machine, Aliens, and racing games. I can also be found at the coin drop, winning aforementioned tickets for my child to buy cheap toys. Today’s takeaway was a bouncing plastic ball with pointy nubs. Argh! They have a version of SKEEBALL, shooting games, basket ball games and the almighty air hockey. Bumper cars often put a smile on everyone’s face.
Staff members are often polite but it’s a bit hit and miss. Some folks are very friendly and others clearly are not enjoying their job. I don’t blame them. However, there are plenty of jobs to choose which do not involve children. Also, during peak times, multiple machines may be out of tickets like they were today. That results in a lot of standing around and waiting.
Missing an important game? No worries — they have a TV in the dining area which is often quieter than the rest of the place.
If you have to amuse your child, this isn’t a bad place.

A lot better than chuck-​e-​cheeses. I feel like as an adult I was able to enjoy it more with them because there was stuff I could participate in.
If you don’t mind getting wet then the Bumper boats are probably the most fun.
