This has been my «go to» place for a few years, but the last few times I have come in with my 7 year old, I have either felt rushed or forgotten. I always ask that my daughter be given an «adult» pedicure so she can have a massage, but they failed to do so and it made me feel so bad for my little girl. When they are not busy, you will get exceptional service… but their new normal seems to be that they are always busy whether or not you have an appointment. I won’t be returning, but rather finding a place that takes appointments and keeps those appointments.

The women working here are among the friendliest and welcoming I have ever experienced. They all remember my name and I only come in every few months for a pedicure. Every person that has done my pedicure has always been thorough, detail oriented and gentle. They talk to me and other customers together and make it feel like a girls day at the salon. Heather the manager/owner is very kind and all the employees seem to enjoy the customers. They are efficient and I have witnessed them take multiple walk ins and juggle lots of customers without making anyone feel rushed.

They did a great job. My first time here. Typical nail salon in many ways: massage chairs, some of the ladies speak English, some don’t, foot massage/leg massages, waxing. The owner Heather aims to please. Best part is there is NO odor. They air the place out pretty well and they are quick.

Where shall I start? I booked an appointment a week before so I would not have to wait, which tends to happen in a lot of nail salons. The gal who started my deluxe manicure was amazing. She took her time and was very conversational. I told her I wanted paraffin wax and shellac. She put my hands in the wax then sat me in one of the massage chairs and went to help someone else. Three ladies walked in and asked for a pedi/mani. I was there along with three other ladies. There were only three workers. About 10 minutes later another lady Heather, came to take the paraffin wax off. On top of the seven of us that we’re already in the salon an eighth lady walked in for a pedicure, what do you know they told her to come on in and have a seat. She specifically asked how long it would be and they replied with, not too long. You could tell Heather was freaking out because there were so many people waiting and not enough people to help them. Who’s fault might that be? She did the quickest shellac ever which caused my shellac to peel off when she put the alcohol on it. She made some excuse about how it’s the type of shellac and if I wanted to come in later she could redo it. Come in later!!! I made the appointment specifically to get my nails done at 1PM, not later. I Told her to slow down and maybe not say yes to every person who walks in wanting a pedicure manicure because you’re short staffed. Needless to say, my nails look great and I didn’t have to pay for the shellac and I was discounted for the deluxe manicure. She gave me a 20% off card for the next time I come in, oh, honey there will be no next time.

Love the convenience of the location. Walk in is always hit or miss on wait time. However, the couch is comfy and there is always a stack of tabloid smut to flip through. Not to mention water and coffee. The gal who waxes my brows is sweet and personable. She remembers small details and I like that. Hadn’t been in about 7 months at least and she remembered my hubs job, that my little girl had just turned 3… stuff like that keeps a girl coming back. :) My 3 year old wanted her toes and nails painted, they always do a great job and are sweet to her. So the 10 $ + a tip is fine. It makes her very happy to «look beautiful«as she calls it. I got a gel manicure and it was done very nicely. I love that she takes the time to massage my hands after, with lotion.

Love this location, I have been coming here with my sister and step mom for years. There was even an addition 20% off for customer appreciation(big sign outside). They did a great Job on our shellac and were very kind. No polish on my cuticles which is the worst for shellac. The hand massages seemed short and for some reason I got a hot towel for my hands but my sister didn’t. Maybe it was due to the fact that the moment two other people walked in, they hurried to finish ours so that they could get to the new customers. I felt pushed out the door. Other then that I am pleased with the shellac job and would come back here again.
