I have been using Paneless Window Cleaning for many years. I have a home where the windows are very high off the ground and many skylights. Melinda is gone from the business now, but when she was in charge, she was just fantastic. Not only did she make sure that she sent the technicians I always wanted (Brian and John) she always called me after the job to make sure I was satisfied. At this writing, she is no longer with the company and while they are still good, Melinda made it fantastic. I should mention that not only do they clean our windows, the clean out gutters twice a year and have done some pressure washing. Melinda always called at 3-​month intervals, which is what I asked her to do. I also know that some of my friends who use them and my next-​door neighbor is a customer.

I had hired this company to clean my windows years back and had a good experience. NOT this time We hired them to clean our windows, screens and clean our garage roof off, which had lots of moss and debris. Brian was the person they sent out and he was sloppy and made some major mistakes.
I did a walk through to go over what was to be done. I guess it was too much for Brian to retain. He forgot to clean the inside of a french door and also missed the front door screen/​glass door and also the windows in the main door. The base of the windows were soaking wet. He couldn’t take the time to dry them off but closes the windows sitting in water.
My one request was that they do a really good job cleaning up after the garage roof was cleaned. Well that never happened. Brian was on the roof using a blower to to clear the roof of debris. Stuff was flying all over and into my next door neighbors yard. I immediately ran out to stop him from doing this. Totally unprofessional and a blunt disregard of others peoples property. The roof looked great but he did a lousy job of picking up the debris Only cleaned the pathway to the back garden. He insisted on blowing the debris into the garden and I said no since I just had cleaned up our garden beds and surrounding area the weekend before. Blowers are a lady way to get rid of unwanted debris. I sent on photo’s of this mess.
On top of all this, he placed a large screen on one of my kitchen widows backwards. It took a few days to notice this. We had also had a big storm last weekend and 2 large screens form upstairs blew off the windows. I guess he didn’t fasten the screens correctly. One of them got damaged. Never has this happened since we had these new windows installed in 2003 and we have had our window/​screens cleaned many times with no issues.
David from Paneless said he would refund me $ 50 for the lack of work and it has been over a week and I doubt he will send it on. I never do reviews but this made me very angry and the incompetent work that was done here

Paneless Window Cleaning is a company that I have been using for years to clean my roof, windows (inside/​out), gutters, and pressure washing at my personal residence. The staff is excellent, on time, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I’ll be having them out again shortly!

I had them come over to clean my skylights on 3÷27÷10 and Brian showed up right on time and was very professional. He also was willing to also do additional windows that my husband couldn’t reach before leaving. I thought the pricing was very reasonable and would defintely use them again.
