I go here because it’s walking distance from my house and they have a decent beer and wine selection. Other than that I somewhat feel like everything is kinda overpriced and it seems kind of dirty and not well taken care of. I know it’s just a little market but I wish it was a little nicer for the prices they charge

The grocery has changed ownership and no longer makes any fresh food. It’s your average corner convenience store when you don’t feel like schlepping. Nothing standout one way or another.

I don’t know about the sandwiches but I went in here hoping to find a great convenience store and found it too be a terrible place. It smelled like rotting meat and the clerk didn’t even respond when I said«hello» he just rang up my soda and took my cash. Even though this is the closest convenience store I will not be back.

I remember riding my bike here when I was a kid. It’s amazing how long this place has been here. The years have not been too kind. The only reason I still come here is because of their really big Banh Mi(Vietnamese sandwiches). That reason along isn’t enough to warrant a higher score but three stars is good enough for a place with one fantastic trait and several lack luster traits.

This place makes HUGE, meat-stuffed banh mi(Vietnamese sandwiches) for $ 2.99, plus tax. My husband and I always say we’re going to share one, but they’re so good, we end up getting two. Don’t be put off by the fact it’s a corner mart – the family knows how fix a sandwich – the only type is pork, but it includes pickled carrots and daikon, cilantro, lettuce, and jalapenos. There’s only one table on the sidewalk outside the store, so take your sandwich to go. You can phone in your order, too. I like Seattle Deli, too, but the Perrinville Deli has bigger sandwiches that are just as tasty. I shouldn’t have written this review at lunchtime – I need their banh mi now.
