Pizza Hut

I ordered from this location for the first time on a Monday night when nothing special was going on yet it took over 45 minutes for the pizza to get to my house which is only about 5 minutes away from this location. I tipped the guy well but then when I checked what was delivered, I found that, at best, the temperature was luke warm. So, either my order sat for half an hour before it was delivered or it was driven around for that time. It was very disappointing. Breadsticks just don’t reheat well in the microwave and I didn’t feel like putting on the oven. The dipping sauce (marinara) was actually cold and the flavor was blah. I had to pick off stray olives (yuck) that were carelessly thrown onto my pizza even though I hadn’t requested them. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the cookie — but i’m sure that comes ready made and they just cook it. And, that tastes good hot or cold (it was cold when I got it despite the claim on the website that it would come to me nice and warm). In short, I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. There are other pizza places in the area that are able to deliver warm/​hot food that tastes better for about the same price (albeit less the cookie!)

Delivery guy was amazing!!! but food was subpar… I asked for light sauce and it was running game off of the sides of each slice and paid for extra cheese and idk the standard amount but it did not come across as extra… but again the delivery guy was amazing!!!

Today, I placed an online order and got there by their suggested time and my pizzas were ready for me. I was greeted by the friendly smile of Denise. Paid and walked out and was a total klutz as I was opening my car door to put the pizzas in and the top pizza box slid off and fell to the ground. I was so angry at myself for the klutzy move.
Went back in to buy myself a new pizza, but sweet Denise understood my pain and kindly made me a new pizza on the house, even though I was ready to pay for the new order. As I was waiting, she checked in with me and let me know how much longer the pizza would be ready. I appreciated her kindness and thoughtfulness. Five stars for customer service and deliciously made pizzas, as well as, timely made order.
Can’t say this enough, but thank you for your wonderful customer service!

I ordered pizza to my place of business for lunch on a saturday. It was over 25 minutes late. and they forgot my soda. It irked me that they were so late because my place of business is less than two miles away. Nothing was offered to me to try and compensate me. when I called to see where my pizza was… I just got a response of «ma’am, its already been sent out.» The kid who delivered was friendly and said he had soda in his car. gave it to me even though it was the wrong kind. The pizza was absolutely delicious however. :)

This is the second time I have tried to order fron Pizza Hut, and they have absolutely fucked up the order and not delivered it to my house. This is the most unprofessional pizza place I have dealt with, period.

This Pizza Hut is my go to when I need to order lunch or dinner for a large crowd at work. Last night they failed miserably. We had placed our order as usual online and had expected it to come within 35 minutes. After an hour and a half there was still no pizza and I had a hard working hungry crowd on my hands. After calling for 20 minutes with no answer, we gave up and went elsewhere. Today when I called to inform them what had happened and that I was still charged for a delivery we never got, I was told in great detail how it was a computer error and that someone had called me without an answer so they canceled my order all together and in order to get my money back I would need to go through my bank. This wasn’t a small order, this was to feed many people. No one called me to verify anything as they said they had. Not once did I receive a sorry about the hassle or a complimentary anything. Overall this was not a good experience and we will unfortunately not be doing business here again.

For a fast food pizza place, this is great. We’ve ordered from here multiple times and have no issues whatsoever! We did happen to try the Lynnwood location recently (which was disgusting!!). We’ll order from here many more times in the future!

It’s Pizza Hut, not gourmet, and most customers know this and don’t expect too much. It’s always a decent pizza, decent priced and the delivery folks are always nice. I try to tip at least 20% and round up to the nearest dollar (mostly to make it easier for me to remember what I spent.)
But last time I had pizza delivered I tipped the guy and he left, then we opened the box and noticed the pizza had been dropped then put back together at some point. All the pieces were jumbled and separated and there was sauce all over the inside top of the box.
The pizza was still okay but it would have been nice if the guy was honest and told us he dropped the pizza. I wouldn’t have made a big deal about it; I just don’t appreciate the lack of being upfront about his mistake.

Ordered two pizza’s, they did not offer any coupons, I guess I should have asked…
Service was somewhat friendly, the ladies working seem to enjoy each others jokes. Waited over 35 minutes for pizza, its a cold 2 seat waiting area… Pizza was ok, nothing exciting. …

This pizza Hut made my friend and I, a very, very good pizza. It was half veggie and half meat and it was just delish.

Last week my boyfriend and I were in the mood for some greasy fast food pizza, and I remembered that I had seen the commercials for their $ 10 Any Pizza special.
I called them up and asked about it, and was informed by a rude girl working that that special was not offered in the State of Washington, but I could order my pizzas for $ 12. I asked about the commercial, and that I had seen it on a LOCAL TV station, and she said that they did not honor those quoted prices.
I decided to go get the special at Papa Murphy’s and got healthier, non greasy pizza for $ 10.
I’m not saying that $ 12 is expensive for a large pizza … but there is no reason to be rude … AND … where exactly is that extra money going since I have ordered this special before ???

Me and my girlfriend were hungry for a pizza so we decided to take a chance with the new big deal for 19.99. Pizza tasted like was microwave heated… Horrible. Not to mention the service, when i got the the lady working in the night shift was super rude, i try to be nice and i asked her if it was busy all she say «yep» with a rude face… Never coming again.

Four stars well deserved! Customer service with a smile and excellent pizza for the price.

I always get delivery from here. They are fast at making the pizzas and have a very speedy delivery, which I like. Every time I order the food is nice and hot when they arrive and the delivery people are very friendly. I am always satisfied with this Pizza Hut.
Recently during the last snow storm this Pizza Hut location was one of the only delivery businesses open. So I ordered one of the supreme combination pizzas with breadsticks. I was told that it would be about a half hour wait. So when a half hour went by, then an hour went by I called to see what had happened. The guy I talked to said his delivery guy got his car stuck in the snow on his way to deliver my food and they had remade my pizza and breadsticks and sent out a new delivery guy. I felt really bad for the guy who got his car stuck in the snow. When the new delivery guy arrived he was very friendly and the food was nice and hot. I was very impressed with this Pizza Hut and how they remade my food so I didn’t get somehting that was cold.

I agree with first reviewer, good pizza and wings. We ordered the pasta and it tasted disgusting. We ordered online and request a 7pm delivery and they showed up exactly on the dot. Good service!
