I paid $ 32 for a manicure and pedicure last night, my first time at q-​nails. My appointment was at 6:00 and they had me out of the pedi chair by 6:15, and out of the mani station by 6:30. It was fast… I mean TOO fast. They rushed, I felt it and my nails look like it. Far from a relaxing experience

Uyen is a very good nail technician. All the women who work here are very friendly and seem interested in keeping a high level of customer satisfaction. It is kind of like the local «Cheers» salon for the women of Edmonds.

I heard a lot of good things about this place. Although I ended up with the one lady I was told not to get. She took a loooong time, my nails had ridges, the shape was not how I asked, and one broke two days later. I called back to have them fix it on my only day off and they said they were «too busy.»
Will not be going back.

I go ALL over town for nails, and these gals do it right! I have never had someone pay such close attention to every detail, and be so kind and welcoming while doing so. I would recommend with no hesitation, they are the best! I can’t believe it took me so long to come here.

I have been going to QNails since they opened. Everyone is so friendly and nice, and all the staff always greet me when I come in and say good bye when I leave. Great group! Mike and Holly have done a fabulous job in growing their business. Thank you!

I love Q nails! I’m terrible about making appointments and they always fit me in. The staff is great. They have a very devoted customer base and I get why. There is something special about this place.

I went to Q for about 5 yrs. and settled in with one employee who did my manis and pedis regularly. For the most part I was pleased with the end result, however as much as I appreciate the girls wearing gloves, while wearing gloves they are doing the manis and pedis, and handling money, and answering the phone with the same gloves on. This is not sanitary. Also, recently my girl was buffing my nails, accidentally dropped the buffer on the floor, picked it up and continued to buff my nails. I didn’t say anything, I just decided not to go back.

Waxing went up, and specialty nailes went up A LOT.
I didn’t like how the lady who sits near the front snapped at her employee for quoting me $ 10 for my eyebrow wax vs the $ 12 that it is now. She did a fabulous job– and worth every penny– but I have been going there for the past 5-​years you think that they would warn me or post a update first!

Was able to get in only waiting 15 min on a busy Saturday afternoon. Very friendly employees. The gal that did my pedicure was very gentle. Nice leg massage. Perfect pedicure
Only $ 20 for a pedicure. $ 25 with tip. Nice experience will make a appointment next time they had a full salon, very busy (on a Saturday at least)

I have been going to Qnails for awile now. its clean and the gals are friendly. they do greet everyone as they come in and take care of you as soon as they have someone free to help, if they are booked they will ask if you can come back at a certain time the same day so you dont have to wait.
they take debit cards when many nail salons dont.

Called and made an appointment for pedicures and when we got there we were ignored for a half an hour! No one even greeted us.
The lady did a really great job with the pedicure. She did not say a single word to me the entire time. Once she was done she rushed me right out the door.

Was my go-​to nail salon for the last 5 years. Is consistenly going down hill. The quality of staff used to be top notch, and is now has lots of turn over. Wtih the exception of Bea and Ha… staff needs improvement. The owners used to always be there overseeing the business and they are often not present. If you write a check they ask you to leave who the check is written to blank — I then see them through my account in random peoples names. Not sure what’s up with that. Time to find a new go-​to nail salon for me. My 5 year run is over.
