We’ve had Robbie help us a half-​dozen times over the last 4 months — from projects ranging from building a new deck, to replacing fencing, to locating and fixing dry rot, to building gates, walls, support and siding on structures around the home and external structures on the property we’re renovating. We wanted to provide another ‘kudo’ for his work. He’s a guy whose number you keep around for when you really need someone good. Every job is done meticulously and with economy of time and at reasonable expense. He is smart, hardworking and conscientious with every project. We would highly recommend him; he’s terrific to work with, talented and solid in every respect. We trust his judgment and have really come to value his work ethic and diligence in doing the right thing on all of our projects. He’s been the consistent ‘core’ of our team of people renovating our new property, and we’d be lost without him. We will continue to engage his assistance, but also wanted others to know that after several months of consistent work on a variety of projects, we know and stand behind our original impression: he’s a terrific and proven contractor, highly skilled, impeccable integrity and great to work with.

Robbie recently helped with a porch remodel at a rental property. I live out of town, and he immediately put my mind at ease with his knowledge and expertise. He was very responsive from the start, and very clear and direct about his plans. He was honest, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him without a doubt, the project looks better than we had hoped!

Robbie just finished an amazing job on our deck, and I can’t wait to have him back to work on other projects for us. He was smart, hard-​working, focused on doing a detailed and terrific job — he does the ‘right thing’ every time — as simple as proper handling of materials and waste from the job, to diving right in and fixing things that need done. It goes without saying he was always on time, was honest and great to work with. He has a terrific depth of experience and perspective that makes him valuable both as a contractor on the current job, but also as someone I’d hire many times over to work on a multitude of projects. He showed insight and good judgement and had a great attitude. I would echo the other review, too, about his level of commitment. He started and worked hard all day — for several days in a row — until the job was done very well. I am thrilled with the outcome, and I look forward to hiring him again for more projects. I would recommend him highly!

Robbie was referred to us by our painting contractor to repair some rot damage prior to having our house painted. What a find! He is highly knowledgeable about construction and thinks quickly on his feet. He detected significant rot and structural problems with our little house and found economical and practical solutions for all of them to prevent further deterioration. This job turned out to be much larger than we originally planned on (due to extensive hidden damage not disclosed by the former owners) and he coordinated all aspects of the repairs beautifully, all at a reasonable cost. He also is very personable, hard working and conscientious. Really great to work with and meticulous about his work.
We will definitely be hiring him again to continue repairing other known structural issues on the house. Highly recommend!
