Edmonds is lucky to have this great team in town building a unique business. I highly recommend you stop by and try all their great libations.

Although they really should have more drinks selection in the menu for brunch.

If you are looking for a cool place to stop into in Edmonds try out the Scratch Distillery. They are close to the waterfront and right around the corner from the new Spuds. You can try a flight of their spirits and pick up something special.

We stopped by and were greeted by Kim who graciously told us all we wanted to know about the distillery and their spirits. We enjoyed a flight of 4 vodka pours and a couple of excellent cocktails. We enjoyed the fresh take on spirits and cocktails and the atmosphere was perfect for a quiet afternoon out. We wish we lived closer so we could enjoy it more often!

What a cool distillery! I noticed it as I was driving down to the waterfront for brunch at Arnie’s one rainy Sunday morning and had to go back after brunch to see what it was all about. The green and white theme colors of this place are really eye-​catching and welcoming. I loved the open-​layout feel of the place, and the sight of the gorgeous copper stills in the background. They look like a brass band of instruments upright and waiting to be played back there! Truly a stunning sight!
As for the gin and vodka, they are crisp, refreshing, and delightful! I had one of their specialty drinks and sipped it while having a nice chat with one of the employees. She explained that their gin is a little different in flavor — more woody — than others since they get their juniper from Eastern Europe.
If this place was nice on a dreary day, I can’t imagine how beautiful it will be on a lovely day! Too bad you can’t take drinks out onto the nice patio — my only suggestion would be to enclose that area and put some tables and chairs out there!

What a beautiful place — great location, lovely tasting room, great product and incredibly friendly staff. As we had a large group, we were able to share a tasting of all the products. We ended up leaving with a small bottle of their potato vodka. I loved the opportunity to taste the differences between the vodkas or gins. Also, your $ 10 tasting fee will apply towards a bottle.
Brian & Kim (owners) chatted with us and were happy to answer all our questions. They were very friendly. Aaron & Darren helped us, told us about their exciting new products and gave us a tour of the still area.

Beautiful setting. It’s super modern. They can only serve 2oz per person since they are a distillery.

We have stopped in twice — once for the tasting room and once for a private event. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience both times. Staff is attentive, and the diverse offerings are delightful. My favorite thing — the boxers with «Scratch» printed on the backside. Classic. Clever. Go buy the G&T gin. It is worth it.

If only the merchant had the time to explain every detail of their business to every customer…
Several varieties of awesome, locally crafted gin and vodka. While varieties of vodka are exceptional relative to what you can get locally, the Martini Gin is the best gin you’ll find anywhere, period!

We stopped in on our way to dinner looking forward to the experience. I loved the facility but felt the staff could have been a little more outgoing by explaining not only the tasting process but the history of the distillery.

Really great tasting room. Fun and knowledgeable staff and great vodka and gin. Highly recommended!
