Such a thorough, professional, and caring service experience. The staff and Dr. Song were so positive and efficient. I appreciate providers who are straight to the point, and those who don’t talk my ear off with irrelevant crap. After reading some less than friendly reviews that seemed to come from people angry about their insurance or inability to pay for services, I felt compelled to give a shout out in support of this great group at Song Periodontics. Thank you!

I had deep pocket with one of my back molars on the bottom. Dr. Song took a quick look at it and recommended removal and implant. She was not very patient on explaining and answering my questions and concerns. Because my insurance does not cover implant, I consulted with another dentist in Bellevue (Bellevue wellness dental) for free about the implanting, who was much more patient on explaining. Dr. Song also sent me a statement for the consultation/​exam. Although I tried to discuss with them to avoid my charge considering my economic difficulties, they still could not do it.

I have never enjoyed getting cleanings until I started going to Dr. Song! Her staff is always so pleasant and hard working. My favorite thing about going there is that I feel like I’m hanging out with friends instead going to a dental office. I am planning to bring them treats when I go in again for another cleaning. Lol. Dr. Song is always on schedule and the parking is free. She takes her time to answer any questions you may have and her staff is outgoing! I would totally come hangout with them if I could.
