If you’re going in for a basic oil change or tire switch out, they’re great but I’ve been in there with a light that wouldn’t work and they told me it was my entire wiring, I went to a place in minturn and it was just the bulb. My window wouldn’t go up or down and they told me they had to replace the entire motor for like $ 500 I went to a different place and the window was just off track, an easy fix for $ 50. Great staff, great basic services, not a ton of knowledge on anything more technical.

If you’re driving through the Vail Valley make sure you avoid this place. I brought my car there for a few oil changes only to find out they were using the wrong oil in my car. When I called to find out what kind of oil they were using the manager was abrasive and told me it was my fault. She said they always ask customers what type of oil they want to use which is ridiculous because the Oil & Lube place is supposed to the professional. Her statement was also untrue because I was never once asked about types of oil. There was zero customer service — only blame.
