All the stars are beer related. I had a sampler with five different beers and I would order any of them again. There was a raspberry kolsh that tasted outstanding, and a saison that I would drink all day, and a porter that was incredible. He pizza was ok and the rest of the food was forgettable. Messed up the order, but it happens on occasion.

Great atmosphere! Brew pub type options but also some amazing healthy salads and seafood. Great place to stop.

Best meal in a long time! The trout was amazing. How do they cook those potatoes? Great service, tremendous meal. Should have more than 3 stars!

Polenta fries were delicious and the stuffed mushrooms were as well. The cheese curds were a bit over cooked, but had good potential. My husband enjoyed the pale ale and IPA. He felt the IPA was better.

Thought there was potential here, but the only possible redeeming quality were the chicken wings. Completely skunk beer, had to walk to the bar to ask for service twice, while the place was empty. Sent the house brewed beer back, it was so bad, ordered a Budweiser, and still had to ask the waiter to take the rank beers off the bill. If a customer orders a Budweiser, after taking only a sip of your beer, ask if there is something wrong. Go to Crazy Mountain Brewery Instead!

I just ordered a budweiser because the two beers my bud and I ordered are undrinkable, and with a 90% empty restaurant, we’ve had to twice walk to the bar to get service. I think that says it all.

I like Gore Range Brewery. It’s always been a good, casual place to grab food and a beer in Edwards. However, it does have a layout where some of the booths are essentially in the kitchen. If a restaurant is going to do this, they should put their best server in the most visible section. It’s unreasonable to watch your food sit under a heat lamp for 10 mins. We really should have just paid for the drinks and apps and walked out. It was very clear the server was the problem. He didn’t serve food on time, didn’t clear plates on time and at one point, another server tried to help. Apparently our server had printed out the same ticket twice, so the kitchen made our apps twice and the second server tried to give us the same apps we had just finished. If she had only cleared the dirty dishes instead. Normally, the place has been good, but this experience was terrible. I’ll update the review after trying the brewpub again. You’ve been warned for the ’15/’16 ski season though. Edit: After reading some of the other reviews, I would agree that Gore Range has become kinda townie. I don’t need a 5 star experience, but this place has fallen off quite a bit for non-locals.

Yum! That’s all I have to say. Love every gluten free dish I’ve had here. I will say however they WAY overdue it on the butter in some of their dishes particularly the Brussels sprouts side. Overall though great food!

Gore Range Brewery is delicious! The food is quality and everything on the menu has it own unique touch. Everyone from the hostess to the server were nice and the service was fast. Not to mention the beer, delicious.

Sports bar first, brewery second. Decent pub food but the brews are not very good. Rather just have a good import draft. Uninterested servers.

What the hell happen to this place? They used to have halfway decent beer, but now, it’s crap. Did they forget how to brew? Or let me guess, their brewmaster left for greener pastures. Whatever it is, their beer sucks and they need to find a new brewmaster. You know it’s bad when the bartender recommends the guest draft.

I have a hard time even giving 1 star, and it’s not because of the food it’s because of the horrific service! Have frequented this place, and thought it would make a great evening boy was I wrong. I had my three sisters visiting from all over the west… was greeted with distaste and inconvenience. It’s amazing how one waitress can ruin your dining experience forever. Not going to go into details, but if you want my advice go to Etown across the street. Good food and good service!

We(a group of 9 backpackers) stopped by here after a long weekend hiking in the FlatTops Wilderness nearby. It was a great spot. We each had beers that we really liked, the food was good, and the service was great. I recall that the menu was so diverse that you’d be bound to found something you like, no matter what your taste.

The food was pretty good… we really enjoyed our house salad — it had lots of bacon and the house dressing was a tasty, creamy vinegarette — and the Prosciutto & Pear pizza were really quite good. One person in our group ordered the chicken flatbread and wasn’t crazy about it. The beer, atmosphere, and service were so-so. I guess I feel like if you are a brewery-restaurant, at least one of the two should be noteworthy. Of all the beers we tried(we ordered flights) the Wit beer was the only one I really liked. The others I was with seemed to like the Red Ale pretty well, but none of them were memorable.

We stopped by Gore Range Brewery for lunch one day and the food lived up to our expectations for a decent lunch stop. The pear prosciutto pizza was delicious and I cleaned my plate. My husband had the ranch chicken flatbread and wished he had ordered my pizza! We had a flight of beer to go with lunch. The beer was okay.

Nice atmosphere. They brew their own beer on site. Spinach and Artichoke dip is AMAZING with lots of chips! Fried Calamari with sweet & sour sauce was very salty. We asked if this was normally made this way and were told yes; however, the staff was very accommodating and quickly made us a new batch without the seasoned salt and served it to us on the side. $ 2.50 up change for splitting any plate.

Lunch here was good. Greg, our server, was running the show! He was seating guests, taking orders, bussing tables and working the bar, all with a friendly attitude and smile. It took a good 20 – 25 mins to get our food, but it was freshly prepared and tasty. Beer sampler was great. We also left with some tshirts, one of which was«beer dyed». Great gift for the lager lover!

Came in during off peak hours(145pm) and the service was fast and friendly. S/O to the bartender, Kevin for answering my go to question«what’s the best thing on the menu?» and pointing me towards the brisket dip which comes on a delicious house made pretzel roll(which he made me aware of). Seems to be some sort of mug club but I didn’t ask about it. Place is very clean and doesn’t have your typical brewery smell. The beers were also tasty and there is a good selection.

My family was staying in Vail for the weekend and my step-dad, who is a beer guy, wanted to explore some nearby breweries. We decided to stop here for dinner. I got the beer flight and tried 4 different kinds of beers. I really enjoyed the beers. They were all flavorful! For dinner, my husband and I split the fried pickles and the reuben. The fried pickle were really tasty. They done as pickle chips and I prefer that over spears. The reuben was good but not even close to being the best reuben. I would definitely go here again and recommend it to fellow beer consumers.

Oatmeal stout was tasty during HH($ 1.50 off beers). Ordered the grilled artichoke heart appetizer. At $ 8.50, sorta steep, but outside of California, I always feel I’m over paying for the artichoke anyway. Lamb T-bone($ 24) with side of gnocchi was pretty delicious and perfect for a share plate for two. The lamb was the most expensive thing on the menu. Also, for $ 4, you can get a pickle shot(vodka infused with dill pickles)…which my dining companion loved, but I would rather enjoy in a Bloody Mary. Service was great(we sat at the bar) and friendly. On a Sunday night, not too busy, so that probs helped some. We were staying in Vail Village, so prices seemed über-reasonable, but also comparable to places in our hometown in Nebraksa. Nice, large patio. Decent daily specials. Nice beers where everyone can find something(or a cocktail, if you’d rather). Good atmosphere. Definitely a good place to go if you have a large out-of-town crowd and need to find something a bit more mainstream.
