Booked a room here when Vail pass closed. Extremely good customer service at the front desk — they know what they are doing! Room was clean and nice. Restaurant and bar just off the lobby. Walking distance to downtown Edwards restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Will stay there again if I’m in town.

This place is a steal for Beaver Creek and they even allow dogs($ 25 fee per night for one dog, add $ 5 per night for two)! We stayed here for two nights and took advantage of the plentiful free parking, free shuttle to the Beav and Arrowhead ski resorts morning and evening and outdoor heated pool/hot tub. The pool was warmer than a hotel pool I just swam in during a vacation to Florida. The hot tub was sparkling clean, perfectly bubbly and not overly chlorinated. What else could we even need? They no longer offer a free continental breakfast but there are plenty of places nearby that you can walk to, like Starbucks and Smiling Moose Deli. The hotel was not dated looking in the slightest. Nice and spacious lounge area downstairs near the lobby with a tv, fireplace, huge leather couches and chairs, newspapers, etc. We had a big room with two comfy tall queen beds, a large bathroom with decent toiletries and towels, a table with chairs and a flatscreen tv. The linens on our beds were much nicer than a typical hotel room(Pottery Barn coverlets, according to the website). Thick walls; rooms were quiet. The mountain views outside our window were nice. Free wifi worked great. There was also a tiny coffee maker with coffee packets and mugs in the room(no tea, boo!). Some rooms have mini fridges. We may have our own house in Summit County, but it doesn’t have a hot tub and nobody makes my bed for me there, so I love finding an affordable place to get away every now and then. This hotel felt like a treat to me, even though it wasn’t fancy. There is a pretty hopping bar right downstairs in the lobby, and you can also walk to a movie theater, other restaurants, bars, yoga or barre studios and even a brewery. I’ve already planned my next stay over Memorial Day weekend, and likely again later in the summer to take advantage of all the nearby outdoor activities and events.

Great hotel– especially for the price. We stayed here while skiing in Vail and Beaver Creek. It was a great value and the room was very clean, nice, and modern. The staff were very friendly. Parking is easy and free. Plenty of great restaurants as well as a grocery store, movie theater, and liquor store in short walking distance. They have a ski locker as well as a free shuttle to Beaver Creak resort, which were both very convenient! We would absolutely stay here again and save a ton of money compared to staying Avon or Vail.

The Inn and Suites at Riverwalk is awesome! It is a small but fantastic hotel that is wonderfully appointed. I felt like there was a mistake with how little I paid to receive such a massive — comfortable room and an excellent spread for what’s considered a «continental» breakfast. The hotel is right in the thick of things in Edwards. You can walk to restaurants, bars, etc. If a movie theater is your thing there is one about 50 yards from the front door. As another reviewer mentioned, you have to have a room key card to access the levels with rooms. This definitely made me feel safer, not that Edwards is a scary place or anything. :)

I think the correct name is «Inn and Suites at Riverwalk» but a good deal by any name is still a good deal. This has got to be the best hotel deal in the Vail area. Rates are far less than others in the area, including so-so motels in Eagle, 20 miles away. The room we had was nice enough, with a good-sized LCDTV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board but unfortunately no microwave or refrigerator. The room also had a view of the Eagle River just yards away. The location is also a very short walk from lots of fun shops and restaurants. We were also impressed by the fact that the rooms are on the second and third floors, and it is necessary to use a room key to use the elevator. You won’t have to worry about your security here Wi-fi is only available in the lobby area, but a CAT-5 cable is available in each room for you to connect to the internet. We were very pleased with our stay here and would like to return someday.

The facility is nice although parking was bit difficult. The staff was friendly. The room and bathroom were clean. There is no wi-fi but there is an ethernet cable in the room. My fiancée has a bad dust-mite allergy and he was not bothered here. We would stay there again.

This is a good quality hotel in the Vail area. We weren’t here to ski or anything, so proximity to slopes was not a concern. It’s about the cheapest place besides motel 6’s in this area and I was quite pleased. Pretty nice big room with 2 large queen beds. Parking included, as well as breakfast in one of the restaurants, though we didn’t make it in time. Heater worked very well, and we had a little bit of a view.
