Pizza Hut

No way — first the picture with the tons of veggies on here is false advertising. We have ordered the supreme with extra of all the veggies and it doesn’t even come close to this picture. Consistently there may be a few strips of green pepper and the rest. It looks more like a cheese pizza than one with veggies and especially the extra veggies that we paid more for. When someone orders a supreme pizza it should look like this picture — Pizza Hut! Another item of contention — ordered their wings to try them out and was told I had to pay for a dipping sauce. What? Keep your wings! They should come with one free one per order of wings like every other business does.

I’ve eaten lunch buffet here over the years and I hadn’t been here in quite a while but since I found out they revamped their menu I decided to come in for lunch just for old times sake. The buffet hadn’t changed, but that was minor. There were other things I was disappointed in. First, it took me 5 – 10 minutes to be seated at the door. Apparently the couple in front of me waited much longer! I noticed there were only two people on duty and the dining room was about ¹⁄₃ full. The waitress was nice, but the other gal there seemed to not have a clue about anything. Needless to say, the buffet took very long and many people (myself included) were unhappy. The waitress was quick in providing refills, but I was still disgusted.
I almost offered to fill out an application asking if they need extra help. I’m sorry to say but while the place looks nice on the outside, this restaurant (that’s in a decent location) makes the Pizza Hut name look bad. For a billion dollar company that’s sad. I’m just going to visit their competition for now…

Don’t expect to receive your pizza on time. Even when you order in advance and ask to receive it 90 minutes later (1 thin crust pizza). And also, don’t expect for them to give a sh! t that its super late.

I don’t understand why this place doesn’t hire enough wait staff!!! Lunch is always a disaster and this will be my last visit! Dirty tables with dirty dishes everywhere. One lady in charge of the dinning room?! Really?!

I debated on 2 or 3 stars. How about 2.5? 3 stars on the $ 10 pizza specials — love to order the pepperoni lovers pizza. 2 stars on efficiency. The staff is usually friendly but I swear I’ve had more snafus with my orders here than any other pizza place I can think of. Lost pizzas, wrong pizzas, wrong prices, etc. Seems to be a revolving door of employees and that might be the reason for such inconsistancy.

This restaurant does not deliver to the edwardsville campus. They cite safety concerts, however, SIUE is one of the safest campuses in the country.
I was told, by several employees and managers that the drivers feared being robbed.
Between 2005 – 2008, there have been NO robberies. NONE.
This ‘dangerous’ area doesn’t prevent every china restaurant, jimmy johns, dominos, imos, joes, or several other restaurants from delivering.
