Horrible company to rent from if your a college student. They will never fix anything that breaks due to normal wear and tear. They will not return your deposit either, as they havent returned anybodys deposit back. Their properties are falling apart and they do not upgrade/​fix anything when people move out and the kicker is that they will charge you for things that were previously broken before you moved in. I highly recommend staying away from this company when looking to rent if your a college student. Go to a more reputable company.
