Supercuts

The stylist has not learned that the customer is always right. She would not cut my hair the way I wanted. Basically, followed the lines of my previous cut. I went home and cut the sides how I wanted.

I first came to Edwardsville a couple years ago to attend SIUE. Hair cuts were definitely not on the top of my list and so, quick, cheap and easy (walk in’s all the way) was a top priority when I did decide to go get a cut. I went in to Supercuts because it was all of the above and that is the only place I go to when I am in Edwardsville. I have had almost all of the girls cut my hair, but most recently I had Kelly do it and it was amazing… more on that later.
Last Christmas I decided to get my hair chopped off. I went in and talked to a couple of the girls and told them what I was looking to do and let them do it. It was great. I have never had as many compliments from strangers as I have after I get my hair cut by them.
I have recently been traveling and have literally been all over the US getting my hair cut at various locations and I have to say that THIS Supercuts is one of the most consistent, best hair cuts that I have ever gotten.
The other day I was feeling miserable about my current hair cut that I received a month or so ago at a salon I used to go to back home. I was frustrated because it was just terrible, it never fell right and it was just all wrong. Anyway I went to Supercuts since I was in Edwardsville and met with Kelly, explained my situation and how I felt about the hair. She took one look at it and said, «I’ll fix it, don’t worry.» And she did. I left there feeling great and even this morning I had multiple people at work tell me it was great. I cannot say how appreciative I am that she fixed it. I don’t think I have ever left there feeling unsatisfied and they are so reasonably priced that I don’t think it could get any better.
I strongly recommend them for anyone in the area and definitely ask for Kelly, although everyone there that I have had the experience of using has been great.

After a couple weeks of feeling like a mangy dog, I decided to finally get my hair done. It’s always hard to find a good hair stylist in a new town, but I got super lucky finding Samantha at Supercuts. I had called over at one of the local spas to schedule an appointment, but nobody answered, so I drove around and spotted Supercuts. I thought, «What the heck… why not?»
I parked the car, walked in and told Samantha that I wanted to go back to my natural hair color. I had previously highlighted it and didn’t want to deal with the maintenance anymore. She carefully took the time to match my natural color and it came out beautiful! Not only did she do a great job, but she is also very friendly and didn’t try to push any products on me. She made some good recommendations and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. I’m so glad I took a chance and stopped in.
