I’ve had the worst time trying to work with them. Both me and my wife have gotten items through them and every time the order is messed up somehow. This last time I got a new cpap machine and was having some issues with it and had to go there 5 times and the issue was still not resolved so I finally just gave it back to them and told them I was going elsewhere. One of the problems is that there is no longer a way to call the office directly so you have to call the national number. I needed to reschedule my appointment and although I asked to be put through to the local office, I was assured that the operator would be able to take care of it. Well when I went in for the appointment, guess what? The therapist wasn’t there and hadn’t gotten the reschedule. That’s it, I’m done. If you can avoid using this company, do.
