I went there for the first time today. I’ve lived in the area for many years but always went to the other two places. I have to say this was much better than the other two local Chinese places. The service was quick, the food was tasty. Even my 14 year old daughter liked it and she is so picky! I will be going back again and again.
I have to add that the Won Ton soup is excellent. That might sound odd because it’s not always the most flavorful soup but here it’s very good!

Some Chinese restaurants aren’t so good, but China 8 is great. When you order over the phone the lady is polite. Its not a buffet but trust me you won’t be disappointed. We were tired of several Chinese restaurants out here where the food sucked, but once we found this one we’ve been going here ever since. One time we ordered, for the last time, from Great Wall the one across the street from the Casino Theater in Tobyhanna, ordered myself sesame chicken with pork fried rice and my sesame chicken taste like straight fish like they fried the chicken in the same oil that they fried their fish in. I was so mad because I hate fish. Then another time we ordered from Wing Hwa in Brodheadsville. Don’t ask me why this time I go to a Chinese restaurant to order American food but I got chicken wings and french fries and the wings had little feathers in it. But China 8 has never given us problem so if you want great Chinese food try China 8, five stars*****
