Atlantic County Library System

I love libraries. I’m a bit of a book worm & in my adult life I drive a lot so audiobooks have become a bit of a travel companion. This is a large library, very conveniently located in EHT and like most other libraries it is full of books. It has your typical computers & Internet for public use, there is a separate room dedicated to children & their interests and a reading area for everyone else — should you wish to skim through before checking out.
My only complaint is the grumpy guy at the check out desk. Not sure what his name is but omg does he seem to hate his job. Text messaging while working with patrons is considered rude, try putting your phone away and focusing on your really easy job. Oh, and maybe smile once in a while, it makes the time pass by faster. The library gets five stars, but grumpy Gus at the desk brings it down to four.
