We have eaten take out from here multiple times lately. We had stopped years ago, it wasn’t very good. Idk if it’s new owners or what, but in the last few months the food is delicious and we have never had any problems with service or any attitudes. Very friendly and knowledgable on the phone. Btw the cream of broccoli soup is fantastic! We are waiting for delivery as I type this review! Worth trying again!

Haven’t ordered in years. Who wants to buy from a place who’s staff is rude, food is sub-par?

Pizza was 1 star at best. Cheese pizza had no flavor, the crust was in even thick in some parts and thin at others. The specialty pizza was just as disappointing. Delivery took 1.5 hours on a week night.

Frankies used to be the best pizza around this area… used to be. They changed owners a while ago, it shows. We’ve ordered there time and time again hoping it would be better but it hasn’t been. We ordered a stromboli, wings and a cannoli for delivery yesterday. They said 35 minutes… about 1 hour and 20 minutes later we got our food. I’ll say the wings weren’t bad but the stromboli… if you don’t want to eat the bottom of the stromboli and/or like burnt taste throughout then it may be for you. The stromboli was completely burnt on the bottom. Then the cannoli that we ordered, they forgot it. This is the second time they forgot the cannoli we ordered. If you’re not going to remember desert, then don’t offer it. The pizza used to be so good, definitely sad. They don’t care, forget your stuff, definitely couldn’t be bothered with your order. If there was one word I’d use to describe frankies… «AVOID.» They don’t even care. So I don’t care to go there anymore.

Horrible pizza. Food is subpar and over priced. That’s what you get when you eat in a gas station strip mall. Stick to getting gas and go elsewhere for pizza.

Worse pizza you’ll ever eat. Wings are not fresh. The prices are too much for the quality of the food. I order cheese fries, they gave it to us with cold fries. There’s nothing Italian about this place at all; and Scarface posters, really!!!

Had a craving for buffalo chicken pizza but saw that the slices for sale had breaded chicken, which I think kills the flavor. The other pizza slices for sale looked pretty boring(plain, sausage, etc.) There was a bacon chicken ranch pie with the ranch dressing already on it — seems like it would be gross heated up. I decided to go in the other direction and order from the menu — a cup of the cream of broccoli soup and a chicken quesadilla. The soup was delicious — really creamy and a generous sized portion for a cup. I was really disappointed with the quesadilla, however. The chicken was what you would find in a chicken cheesesteak, which wouldn’t have been all that bad if there had been the appropriate amount of cheese. There hardly seemed to be any cheese at all — it was like they took the filling of a chicken cheesesteak and threw it into an(inexplicably) bright red tortilla. The red dye in the tortilla bled onto the chicken and made it red too, which was a little gross. The quesadilla came with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and pico de gallo as well as a side of rice. The salsa was OK, but the guacamole tasted store bought and the pico had way too big chunks of tomato, jalapeño, and onion to be of any use. The rice was absolutely the worst I’ve ever had — it was overcooked, dry, and had a musty aftertaste. Oh, well, I guess if I wanted Mexican, I should have gone next door to El Coyote.

Overpriced bad tasting food. We ordered wings, a tuna sub and a Philly cheesesteak pizza. The final cost was $ 38. Really??? The pizza was bad. Soggy crust that was too thick. Way too much basil in the sauce; it had a bad flavor. The tuna sub was bland. Now that I think of it, all the food was bland except for the overwhelming flavor of basil. Yeech. The wings were soggy. I like them crisp. The wing sauce was so vinegary you choked on the first bite. And at $ 1 a wing, WAY overpriced. One good thing I can say is that the wings are larger than wings I’ve gotten at other places. Out first and last time at Frankie’s.

Pizza isn’t bad if it’s fresh and the cheesesteaks are just fraudulent.

This was my first time experiencing Frankie’s Famous Pizzeria and I was impressed by the flavor of the food. The pizza was good. In the past, I’ve thought about picking up a pie but decided not to as on many occasions, I noticed a bunch of teenagers smoking out front and walking in and out of the restaurant. Normally I wouldn’t attribute these actions to one business since there is a Cumberland Farms, Chinese Restaurant, and an outstanding Mexican restaurant on the same strip plaza, but I’ve noticed them only running in and out of this establishment and it seemed out of control and was overall an undesirable atmosphere. The food was tasty but I would probably limit this to deliveries only or steer clear due to the traffic.

So, so. Sometimes good sometimes bad. Overpriced… me and my bf are boycotting this place because the owners also own the mexican joint next door, and had 2 very bad experiences there. one included a time where i found a black curly hair in my burrito, sent it back, she ASKED to have to hair back like she didnt believe me(i have platinum hair???) and then at the end CHAAARGED me for it!!! i had to argue with the girl and she finally took it off!!! NO. MORE.
