4 the Love of Hair

My hair appointment was schedule for 4 February at 1330 and I canceled my appointment on 2 February at 0945 due to military obligations on that day. I was charged $ 50.00 even though regulation states that I won’t get charged if I cancel before 24 hours. I was told by Thaisha (Nikki), the hairstylist, that it’s an automated system that pulls the money & that money would be used toward my next appointment and that she could not help me because the system was automated. She also told me to stop harassing her and that I needed to file a complaint to Style Seats and not her. I asked her how would I get my money back & she said that the $ 50 would be credited toward another appointment but after the poor customer service that I received from her I did not want to reschedule and I also could not reschedule because of my financial issues and military obligations. After reviewing the email regarding my cancelation, I noticed that it said I «missed my appointment» for 2 February at 3:30. I never made an appointment for 2 February at 3:30 my appointment was set for 4 February at 13:30. Thaisha went into the system and changed my appointment and then canceled it so that I can be charged the late cancellation fee. All I wanted was my $ 50 back from which I was not supposed to be charged. And her approach for directing me into the right direction to get assistance was extremely rude. She does great work but her customer service skills are poor because she doesn’t notify/​warn her customers of charges. Definitely won’t be doing further business with her.

I just want to say ms Nicki is so amazing and talented. She is a very down to earth, funny as hell and sweet. She is also very knowledgable about hair and I am so glad I found her. I got a full sew in with her Peruvian loose wave bundle and it turned out to be so beautiful! I would recommend her for any one who wants to look and feel beautiful

This is ridiculous. I made an appointment with NIKKI and because I was late I called and said my apologies if it’s okay I can be there in 45 min because I had to pick up the braiding hair. She told me it’s absolutely OKAY NO WORRIES. Once I arrived she seemed nice until my hair was finished. The charge was only supposed to be $ 65 and when I paid, she said oh it’s 20 $ 25 $ for being late. WHY WOULD SHE NOT INFORM ME ON THIS LATE FEE BEFORE I ARRIVED??? I will never be seeing Nikki again. She’s a scammer

Ok. So I just got stationed to San Diego a few months ago. I’ve tried a couple salons. Horrible experiences… Just less than satisfactory work. I’m so thankful I ran into a gurl in the mall who’s hair was laid. She told me I had to try Ms. Nicki the name of her salon is 4 The Love Of Hair. Which I loved off top. I also liked that the Gurl actually had some of her cards in her purse. I’m like of this Gurl must be good. Plus must I mention again. Her hair was slayed down. Not a hair out of place. So I called the number an made an appointment for a sew in weave with a Lil leave out. An I must say I’m very pleased. She had some luxurious hair in stock which she custom colored for me. This hair has not giving me any problems. Its soft an no shedding or tangling. Her salon is small an very nice. You get a one on one with her an she listen to what I wanted an delivered. She told me how to up keep my hair for longevity. She even carried my fav haircare product design essential… I must say this is a must visit salon. She Koo folk an know what she’s doing.

Was referred to Nikki by a friend and never looked back. Her prices are affordable, and she listens to the customer regarding how want your hair. I’m very tender headed so I can’t stand for my hair to be to tight. Nikki listened and created a quality full sew in weave without the pain. Her shop is absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful neighborhood, steps from 24 hour fitness, plenty of places to eat, and ample parking which is important for me because I’m lazy and don’t like to walk far. Her shop and inside the facility is air conditioned, and safe because there’s a private security service that walks around readily available to answer any questions you might have about where to find something. She also does kids hair, and takes cards as well as cash to. I definitely will consider myself as a lifetime customer or 4 The Love Of Hair.
