This establishment will be recommended to all of my friends and family. I brought a bracelet in that was so tarnished you couldn’t even see the blue diamond and I thought id have to just throw it away, but the jeweler cleaned it and it looks good as new! They’re also very friendly with a quick turn around time

Thank you David for another amazing job with my wife’s ring. I have been going to David for years now and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Actually he takes an idea and turns it into something that I couldn’t have imagined. We just had my wife’s ring resized and cleaned and it came back like the day I proposed to her. I have never seen anything that is described below and in fact he is one of the most honest business men I have meet.

I don’t know how I trusted him!!! he showed all the signs that usually tells me to walk away… I tried to exchange what I bought or even return it (within 10 days) but he refused to return it and asked me to buy something exactly the same value or more (in this case I have to pay more) …
Anyway … I didn’t like anything except for a piece that’s 100 $ less, but he refused to give me the difference and showed me some terrible items trying to sell me junk…
He is a liar because at the first visit I asked him if he will return it if my sister didn’t like it, but when I went back he denied it …
Dishonest and Liar … specially when tried to exchange the 21K gold for the 18K gold .
He should know that people are not stupid but would not
go low to his level of argument …
Another thing is that his scale do not face the customer and he would not let you see it, in order to accomplish his goal he will keep on talking so you could not focus on the weight.

My fiancé bought my ring here. They have a jeweler in-​house so no sending the ring out if work needs to be done. All the other jewelers wanted to send my ring out for 1 – 2 weeks to be set. No way.
