Went to Big Franks with a coupon for Buy 1 Breakfast and 2 drinks get 1 Breakfast free. I ordered 1 Pancake Combo, 1 build your own omelet breakfast and a side order of biscuits and gravy.
Service was extremely slow; it took 10 minutes before our order was ever taken. The cheese in the omelet had a gritty textured and unable to eat, biscuits and gravy were two overly large biscuits with a scoop of gravy on top, not enough gravy to even cover the biscuits after opening the biscuits. Pancake combo was fine.
Big Franks did not honor the coupon with the buy 1 breakfast get one breakfast free, instead they gave me the side order biscuits for free. When I questioned the coupon they said «that’s how we do it we give you the least expensive item off».
Very unhappy, food was disappointing and service was very slow.
