Brian T Holmes DC

Dr. Brian Holmes has been my chiropractor since 2003, and over the years I have recommended him to everyone who’s told me they need to be seen by one.
When I first went to Dr. Holmes, I was 13. I had thrown out my back in gym class and had to see a chiropractor immediately. After a quick search on Google, we found his address and headed there as soon as possible. Upon entering his office, I noticed it was very clean, his staff was so sweet, and I immediately felt comfortable when I met him. He did all the x-​rays, stretching and adjustments I needed, made sure he wasn’t hurting me too bad since I was already in so much pain, and within a few days of continuous treatment, I was up and running again like I was never injured in the first place.
Every time I go in, Dr. Holmes asks me how my family is, how my job is, what my day has been like — I truly feel so comfortable every time I go in for an appointment. This man is a passionate, professional doctor who is knowledgeable, funny, caring, and would do anything for his patients — including last minute or weekend emergency calls (if you really need it)! The day before my senior prom in 2008, my sciatic nerve started acting up and I could barely even walk (let alone dance). I called Dr. Holmes to see if he could do anything, and he told me to come in right away. I was adjusted that day, and the next day right before my prom, and I was totally pain free. Brian Holmes is a miracle worker, I’m serious!
Another thing I feel I should mention, is that even though my particular insurance didn’t cover the cost of my visits, I still only wanted to go and see Dr. Holmes. That’s how much I trusted him with my back. He started up a little program where you can pre-​pay for as many visits as you like, so when you come in the next time, it’s free! That’s what I do, and I know I can go in and see him any time I need to, even if I don’t have extra money in my pocket.
I am so sad to know he is moving away from San Diego; I know I am going to have a hard time finding a chiropractor even close to Dr. Holmes. I wish him and his family the best of luck in their new home.
And, if you’re reading this, and you’re looking for an amazing chiropractor, I strongly suggest you give Dr. Brian Holmes a try. I promise you, you’ll never go to another chiropractor again.

Dr. Holmes is a miracle worker.
After throwing out my back, I went to a different chiropractor my friend recommended and had even worse pain after the session. I was crying, hurting nonstop, shaking, and even falling on the floor from the sudden onset of pain. Is was terrible. It lasted 3 days, before I decided to find a different doctor.
I got a recommendation to go see Dr. Holmes, from a family friend. I’m so glad I did, he did a full assessment, X-​rays and adjustment and I walked out of there with one foot in front of the other instead of shuffling which I had done for 3 days. Highly recommend and his staff is wonderful too!

Brian has been my chiropractor for 10 years. He is patient, has excellent people skills and is very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend him!
