Why is it called minute clinic ! the name should be changed to hours clinic. I checked in at 11:00 am and now it’s 20 minutes till 1:00 pm. The Practictioner came out after all this time and was telling me that she has to go to lunch soon if she is done before 1:00. Well duh, customer service and patient care should come first. And there is no way i could be seen in 20 minutes(me thinking). in any case, yes do plan to be here for at least 2 or more hours. The CSR Rep told me it only take 20 min. Please correct your advertisment and tell customers to expect a longer wait. I wont be giving any stars. But Unilocal want me to give stars. They dont rank at 1 star either. Oh yes the music here sucks. plan to bring your own music to listen on your phone or music player.

They do good work but«minute» is laughable. There are 2 exam rooms, and I would think in a minute clinic, the turnaround would be 20 – 30 min but one of these rooms has been patient-occupied for at least an hour. Plan to wait for 1 – 2 hours OR plan errands in the surrounding area. Sitting and waiting this long listening to crappy music and feeling ill is just awful. Also I was quoted 60 min wait. It’s been 90 so far…

The nurse that helped me Carol, was awesome! Knew what she was doing, great bedside manner and got it my exam done quickly. Didn’t feel at all I got cut-rate service because of the price. Looking at the bigger picture this is the type of convenience and cost this Country needs more off. Use these guys for a poster child for what the Affordable Healthcare Act could be! I’m being totally serious here.
