I have been to this location several times. I went on a Saturday morning 9am. I expected a wait coming in and we were seated right away. The server comes and takes our drink order and we we placed our food order right away since we saw a big group coming in. We are waiting for our food 30 minutes go by and nothing. We thought to ourselves you know we ordered skillets. Our server wasn’t checking on us. Her name I think is Jill. 10 minutes go by and we see people who came after us getting their food and we have nothing. Our server is nowhere to be found. We ask another server to check for our order. She is looking for our order and hmm she can’t find it. Then out of no where there comes our server. She is like the system is down to the server. At this point I think she starts inputting out order. Keep in mind, I am watching from a distance. She comes to our table and tells us a few more minutes. 10 minutes go by and this point we know we are not going to enjoy our food. She starts to offer free orange juice but we are just not happy. We get up and leave. She then says our food is ready and we are like we are not going to eat it because we have a place to be so now we are leaving. She offers to pack it to go but we don’t want to eat in the car hence the point in coming in. I have been to this location before and I have definitely gotten better service. My advice is avoid the server I got. Management offered us $ 20 off but honestly the server was what we were disappointed in. Customer service goes a long way. If she would have given an explains to us and gave us an option of whether we wanted to wait. Overall just bummed.

When you call for carry out they leave you on hold forever and then hang up on you. The service inside is terrible. They rarely get your order right and always ask for a tip that they don’t deserve. The staff is unprofessional and the inside is not well maintained. I will drive further away to get better service

Family of 6 went and we appreciated being seated rather quickly for a Sunday. However the pancakes were chewy, pumpkin pancakes overly sweet & flat, smallest slices of bacon I’ve ever seen, potatoes were dry & unappetizing & they do not have enough wait staff for this busy time. The food was terrible.

Secret Shopper Review: Right off the bat, I arrived no one was at the hostess podium, there was a young gentleman very busy making orders and making them presentable, that was a red flag: Always approach the Customer 0 – 30 seconds from arrival. I am now seated and am not sure what to expect… I just finished my meal with my friend, we had a nice experience overall, much to my satisfaction my initial impressions were quickly demolished with quick and satisfactory service. The food could use some help, but overall… I was happy.

The so called Manager was informed about my wobbly table and she rudely came over and started pushing all the furniture loudly and rude attitude with me. The service is terrible and they left me in the back for 20 min with no drinks or utensils. I walked up with a cup of coffee and still wasn’t served. Told the manager was out for football day lol. I will be calling the area manager for this outta town visit. The only thing nice about this place is waiting area. If you are there turn around and leave. Lol thank you for the sorry ass service the long wait the watered down coffee the pancakes that were semi warm. No need for correct punctuation for a place that takes no interest in you other than treating me like a some kind of freeloading bum. And had to pay!

It was late. So Denny’s was our only choice. Our extremely soft spoken server took our drink order… By the time we received our drinks, the ice was already melted, and the sodas were watered down. We ordered steaks rare, and a skillet something. Our steaks came out med-well, and the skillet plate had no sizzle. Our server took all our steaks, and left us with just our sides… Finally, we received our steaks to go with our cold sides o. o WHATTHEHECK?! They didn’t give us «FRESH» sides!!! Really!!! Mr. Soft speaking server! It was so frustrating… We decided to cut our loses, and make the best of dinner… ANDJUSTASWEWEREABOUTTOFINALLYSTARTEATING(by now we were 1hr15mins in) this random bare foot rises from the back of my son’s head almost kicking him! So I check the next booth(I didn’t see anyone sitting there this entire time) to find a barefoot woman, passed out, in her pajamas, and… DID I SAY… barefoot. So I let a server know. He response was: Ok, I’ll let the manager know… Because he knows her. The manager finally arrives, wakes the woman up… Tells her she needs to go home, and that she can’t be sleeping there. The woman stays. Does not go back to sleep… So, NOWWECANSTARTEATING in peace… NOPE!!! I was wrong… Very… very… Very WRONG! We try to eat. Then that wretched woman, the manager knows… Starts scratching, and flailing her hair everywhere!!! …GROSS! Ugh!

Went here for breakfast over the weekend. Took forever to take our order and didn’t even give us the 2, 4, 6, 8 menu til we asked. I ordered the biscuit and gravy. It was hut and delicious, which is why this review got two stars instead of one. My husband ordered pancakes. His pancakes were hard and had burnt crusted batter pieces cooked into them. He told the waitress to take them back and she shook her head as she took the plate. Like he was making a big deal out of nothing. Then the manager came over with the bill and said he had discounted the meal. He gave us 90 cents off, but my husband still had to pay for the pancakes he didn’t eat. Ridiculous.

After casino stop. It was not my choice, but the company I was with was great so no harm right. Big mistake. It had a foul odor as if the toilets had overflowed. The minute we were sat, we heard the busser and manager arguing in front of all the customers and staff. So we let that go. A short amount of time, we noticed our food had been sitting at the counter for a while there were two workers, a new gal whom just started today(Princess), and a black male whom has been referred to as the guy with a big Afro from previous Unilocalers, doing a lot of the work. Outstanding workers if you ask me. So the manager(Patty) was standing around, she started making her coffee and chit chatting with someone at the counter. The guy asked if she could help run food and she snapped back at him that she was off the clock(yet she was in everyone’s way). More words were exchanged and the poor guy threw his towel up and quit. This place is an embarrassment. Patty should not be in any type of leadership role. She is a disgrace and if I was the employee that quit, I would file a harassment claim against her. She should be demoted or sent to a training boot camp. Has Denny’s come to this? Or is it just this location? I feel for the employees. NEVER will I step foot in this place.

Early this morning we stopped at Denny’s for food & coffee. Personally I don’t care for this chain restaurant but still 2:00 a.m., there is not much of a choice. In any event I have to post this info: We sat down, and waited: a young man gave us a menu and took our drink order. He disappeared for 10 minutes. Meanwhile a female manager and 3 other waitress’s were chit chatting in Spanish using vulgar language and laughing while people are waiting for utensils and coffee. I finally spotted the waiter who took our drink order and asked again for our coffee and water. He brought it over and it was wrong. He took our food order them the female manager fired him on the spot. The guy walked out and never placed our order. Bottom line 30 minutes later we got our cold food. The worst part was the manager and the staff. I hope the owner of this establishment reads these posts. Save your business, get an entire new night shift staff. I have never had an experience this bad. It was a nightmare.

Me and my husband aren’t big fans of Denny’s because of the food… but this will be our last time ever stepping foot in one again. The service was the worst! From the Manager/Owner. .to the server(Ted) who didn’t want to serve us because it wasn’t his table to our food waiting and getting cold. I blame it on management! Poor leadership means sloppy service! Pushing your staff doesn’t make you more money. I feel sorry for the few that work hard like(Jenn) who tried to smooth things over.. never again!

Waiting for my food as we speak. Been about 30 minutes now and we can see our food sitting in the window. We see servers running around, and then some not doing anything. I can hear other tables complaining about not getting their food. Update: Just got the food. It’s cold and my pancakes are sad. They were supposed to be blueberry. My roomates skillet was cold and his girlfriend’s omelette was missing key ingredients. Feel like throwing up. Still had to pay 40 $. Worst experience ever.

I just had to write a review because of the managers bragging… I was in there the other night and it was somewhat busy so figured it would be a little slow which was fine. Off the bat everyone seemed scrambled, multiple people complaining that no one has taken their order. The manger who’s name badge said«Yolanda» talked about being written up for giving out free food to these two ladies and then when the ladies left talked crap loud enough for everyone to hear about how she didn’t give a shit if she got«ONE» bad review on Unilocal out of all her good ones. Which now after looking I am laughing at even more… Besides watching our food sit around while our waiters did who knows what and having to constantly put our glass at the edge of the table to show we need a fucking refill… it’s Denny’s so that in itself makes the food delicious. We stopped here for lunch on our way back to Phoenix. It’s not in the greatest part of town, but hey a Denny’s is a Denny’s, I was hungry and not going to be picky. The staff who seated us took long to get us seated and when she finally got to us had a bit of an attitude. The food was fine, as you’d expect it to be at a diner, which is why this place got a second star. Our server was nice, but I could tell she was the one doing most of the work, despite the numerous staff there that day. She forgot small things, but I could see that she was very busy, so I didn’t mind. The difficulty for me was when I was ready to pay at the register for our meal. I must have really wanted to pay for that meal, because for the amount of time they had me waiting at the register, you would think that I was begging them to let me pay for my meal. I waited at the register for about 10 – 15 minutes. During that time about 5 staff walked by, looked right at me and kept going. There were staff members at the front that noticed I was there and did nothing. Two servers told me they would be right with me and just kept going and didn’t come back. At the same time, there was an elderly couple waiting to be seated that had been waiting the same amount of time or longer for someone to seat them. Finally, our server came to the register and rung me out. She apologized and told me that no one was assigned to the register, so my understanding is that no one felt it was their responsibility. Terrible customer service. I also feel bad for that server who had to do everything.

I don’t usually have a bad experience but this was horrible. All of the food took forever and when it came it was cold. The waitress messed up my order three times to the point where we didn’t want to ask her to bring anything else in the fear that it would be wrong. I am looking for the company’s website to make a formal complaint. Denny’s is normally an ok place to go but not this one !

I wondered why this dennys had such a low rating until I went there. The food was great but the portions are small for the amount you pay. I been to other dennys and the portions we’re great for the price. The customer service was not good the waitress we had barley knew English and was focused on my husband’s attention rather then paying attention to who orderd what she just handed him everything. Very unprofessional. It’s like do your Damn job… right. how hard is it being a waitress at dennys lol. Other then that I ordered for pick up and that waitress was really nice n the food was good. :)

My kids wanted Denny’s bad and we were in the area and decided to try this location out to see if hopefully things were better at this location. And sadly nothing has changed. This seriously has to be the worst Denny’s in America. Our food was served to us by a tweeker and she brought the food out very cold. We asked to talk to the manager and the manager was very rude, she didn’t even try to make us feel better about the ice cold food. I am not sure she even knows English, so maybe she didn’t understand what we were complaining about. It was the oddest experience trying to talk to her. Bottom line this Denny’s is HORRIBLE. Bad service, terrible quality food and the food was ice cold!

Wow I’ve been here a couple of times before for a milkshake or root beer float and I’ve never experienced terrible service until tonight!!! I ordered a simple root beer float and GRACIELA G. couldn’t be anymore rude!!! She literally threw the dessert menu on my table!!! I WAS planning to order dessert instead of a root beer float but not now after she threw the menu!!! How hard is it to take an order of a root beer float??? Oh yeah, my mothers coffee was cold too! I HATE complaining on Unilocal but this girl seriously needs to get fired!!! Not to mention she wasn’t wearing a name tag.
