Edible Arrangements

I agree with the last review; this place is horrible. I ordered a $ 134 arrangement for my step daughter’s birthday for delivery. Assistant Manager Stacy (I believe that was her name) took my order. I was concerned about time because my step daughter wanted to go to the mall. Stacy said her delivery guy was going to be making deliveries between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. She guaranteed it would be there «no later than 6 p.m.»
When I called at 6:45 p.m., a man answered and said he’d be leaving the store in a bit to make deliveries. When I told him Stacey guaranteed the arrangement would be there no later than 6 p.m., he replied that they did not guarantee delivery times. I told him that she did not guarantee a specific time but promised it would be there no later than 6 p.m. He was unapologetic and gave no explanation as to why Stacy guaranteed it would be there by 6 p.m. and why they didn’t make good on their promise. He simply told me, «I hear you, hear you.»
While I understand that they don’t guarantee exact delivery times, they shouldn’t promise to deliver within a certain window and not follow through. Worst of all, they simply offered to cancel my order like no big deal… Didn’t offer to make things right at all. Not the way to treat customers. It’s unfortunate because I have placed orders at other Edible Arrangements stores and had a very positive experiences. I’ll be surprised if this franchise is around much longer.

This place is horrible I ordered online for Valentine’s Day the 13^th and the 14^th which is also my wedding anniversary I order chocolate covered strawberries I’ve ordered from edible arrangements before with no problem but this time it got delayed and it didn’t get here until Monday the 16 the reason why I got delayed ups stated that that was because the packaging was wrong and it had the wrong weight. When calling edible arrangements they told us all their packaging is standard and it wasn’t a weight issue it was ups trying to push the blame, after talking to customer service they went ahead and gave me a refund because I wouldn’t be able to pick up the strawberries from the closest edible arrangements because they are each franchise phone but today we received the arrangement not only is it covered in mold the boxes was shaken it’s been handled inappropriately by UPS which I will be leaving a Unilocal review there so look for that. When speaking to the corporate office today in regards to this they told us again this time it was held up because there was a snow delay weather how many excuses can you possibly get for this mistake. If I had received this order by just waiting for it to come in seeing this math I would have really lost my cool

This place ROCKS! The girls that work there are SO super friendly! We called last min on a Sat. and they were still helpful and patient. It was our first time ordering from them and even being over the phone they took the time to explain things and even help with recommendations. We drove to pick it up (since they aren’t open Sundays bummer) and were greeted right away and even received a sample when we requested. Even the next day when the arrangement we ordered was eaten it was AHHMAZING! The choc dipped bananas to die for and the pineapples and apples were right on up there with my favs. I will def be going back to this location. Especially after having a hard time at other locations. This place is clean and friendly and helpful. Check check and check. So Check it out!
