Used Victor to inspect my newly constructed home to ensure everything was kosher and any repairs addressed during warranty. He took the time to do a very detailed inspection and then worked in my interest to ensure the builder addressed my concerns. There was some disagreement on some items but he worked to verify the builders claims, visiting my home again, instead of just accepting.
I would recommend him to others.

Victor has gone beyond his responsibilities and I would like to thank him for it.
Victor was hired as an inspector for a town house. He created in depth and easy to understand report with pictures. He was extremely thorough and explained his findings. He caught problems that previous inspectors never found and I have leveraged the findings to bargain for a better of closing cost. He was simply the best house inspector that I have met.
After a month, I called him because air conditioner was not working. He gladly told me step-​by-​step instructions to tackle the issue and enabled me to resolve the issue without calling a technician, all without a charge of course.
Victor is a true gentleman and I will recommend him to all my friends.

I’ve used Victor twice and couldn’t be happier with his service. Both times he arrived earlier than expected (I HATE when contractors are late!); he was very thorough; he was extremely patient with me as I followed him around the whole time with questions about various things; he explained things in detail and in a way that a non-​technical person like me could understand; I received his inspection reports as promised and in a very timely manner. All-​in-​all, I wouldn’t use anyone else for home inspections and would highly recommend him to anyone!
