Terrible costumer service. Late pick up at the park. and their excuse was they only have one driver on the saturday! They made me wait at the park with my one year old son. It was dark and freezing. The driver was nore than an hour late and the manager on the phone has terrible costumer service. She picking up an attitude to the costumer and making it feel like its my fault that the driver is late.

I just used these guys for my daughter’s 8th birthday on November 1st… day after Halloween. We got the Pirate Combo bounce house. It was a perfect fit for our two car driveway, with room to walk on all four sides. When I called, I spoke with a very nice girl who made the reservation effortless. On the day of the party, the driver was very friendly, professional and got everything set up in no time. He showed up right on time to pick up and was just as friendly. The prices were average, and about what I expect to pay when I go looking for a jumpy. I plan to use these guys from now on, instead of surfing Craigslist very time we throw a party.

We used House of Bounce to hire a jumper for my son’s third birthday party. We had a fantastic experience, would definitely recommend and use this company again. They had a great selection of jumpers, including the only Dalmatian one I could find which was perfect for our Paw Patrol theme. The pricing was very competitive. We had our party at a park and the drop off was right on time, generator and jumper worked great, kids had a blast, and pick up was right on time too. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, great company.

We experience great customer service and like the fact that the jumps were clean. They go all over San Diego County including all parks. Delivered in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable and I would rent from them again.

We have used House of Bounce for my kids’ birthdays three years in a row and each time they have been fantastic. They are friendly and arrive on-​time and the jumpees are clean. We use House of Bounce for all of our jumpee needs!
