Would have given 10 stars again! Lane has now been out to replace my 2 A/​C units and was top notch! Lane’s clearly cares about his work this and was consistent from our first conversation through the installs. Lane has a lot of knowledge, was prompt and polite and even cleaned up the work areas! He listened to my concerns with the units that he was replacing and used his knowledge and experience to address previous issues so that they are no longer problems with the new units. In my particular case, I had 2 old and failing window A/​C units that actually should have been wall units instead. Because they were neither appropriate units, no sealed well, I had a lot of noise coming through both of them. After Lane helped me identify replacement units that would be better suited to my spaces and situation, he also sealed them both, painstakingly and thoroughly. The result is a big reduction in noise coming through the units. Of course due to the nature of this type of appliance, the outside noise will never be completely gone, but it made a remarkable improvement. So much so, that I opened and closed a slider near one of the units several times to prove to myself that it really was a lot noisier outside than inside (with the old unit, there was almost no difference in noise level). I was also very pleasantly surprised at just how great the new units work. They run much more quietly, cool the rooms down more quickly and move the air farther and better than either one of the old units did. I couldn’t be happier. I will recommend Lane with complete confidence and will definitely use him myself for any future needs! Thank you Lane for my wonderfully cool and quieter home!
