McDonald’s

I hate this place because they always put seeds on my bun. I also hate arches and clowns. Their ice cubes hurt my mouth. I don’t like the color green they choose for their pickles. They give change weird. «Pounds» OMG metric is where it’s at, get with the program. They don’t have hotdogs or guacamole wtf.

This location is without a doubt the worst. I have come here many times before and they just come up with new ways to disappoint. The cashier, first off, was very slow. Despite being in a rush, the male at the register didn’t seem to have a grasp on how to work the thing. As a former employee of McDonalds I could have worked that register faster than that kid.
After a few moments of waiting we got the food, and of course it was incorrect. My order was simple, as I know how it’s made and what is in it. Any cashier would have known how to ring it up. I’ll admit, it took a few bites for me to register that my wrap was incorrect, and after taking a look on our receipt not only did they mess up the wrap but also messed up the meal my boyfriend got.
Upon coming up to the counter, the manager, who had been rude to us many times before, would t even let me finish a sentence as I tried explaining what was wrong. I had brought my wrap with me and as she took it she glared at me and snapped at me for taking bites out of it. Well yeah, can’t notice what was wrong by simply looking at it.
Thirty minutes of waiting for another wrap, when I could have walked back there and made it myself. Again the manager didn’t even give me a passing glance as I continued to wait. As soon as I went to sit down, one of the nicer gals gave me my food.
This is a location I advise to avoid or to come to when your out of options. If it were possible I would give this location no stars.

Very rude manager very stuck up kept looking at me when I decided to eat in never again so early around 8:00a.m

Rude cashiers.

The people here were so rude to my Mom over her ordering an additional cup of coffee after she had just purchased one. It’s coffee! Let her order however many she wants to! The manager and cashier here suck.

This place sucks!!! They have a sign saying free refills with in a hour of buying a drink with a receipt !!! And today they did not give me my sauce so I took my receipt to go get them and this lady didn’t understand where she owed me sauces and honest to god thought I was trying to get free stuff out of her!!! Super nasty and ghetto

If I can give a 0 stars I would this place always takes forever to get our food and I always get attitude with their employees and their tables are always dirty.

Attitude and service… not so good! But I guess that’s what you expect when they have a McDonalds in a shopping mall.
I’m a huge fan of the different McCoffee drinks McDonalds has to offer but there’s no way a Medium Caramel Latte should take over 15 minutes to make.
COME ON PEOPLE… even Starbucks doesn’t take that long.
And act like you care. I know it’s lunch time and you’re probably making minimum wage, but smile a little bit. Acting like your bored with the job just adds to how bad the service is at this McDonalds location… just my 2 cents.

Nice sized restaurant that’s usually pretty clean with fast service.
