I have had the pleasure of doing business with Jim on two different occasions. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for the service I received. It is nice to meet and do business with someone that truly cares about customer service. I would give Jim 10 stars if I could !!!

Jim was so wonderful when we needed to rent a van that was wheelchair accessible to drive to AZ last summer. We needed a dependable van that could handle the 110 degree heat and the one he rented to us worked beautifully. As a bonus, he noticed our own van, which I drove there to pick up the rental, was smelling funny. He looked under the hood and found my radiator was nearly bone dry. He replaced our radiator while we were on our trip and gave us an AH-​Mazing deal on the job. Jim seems to really have a heart for helping others, especially those who have disabilities. I would send anyone I know his way.

Jim took great care of us when we had a last minute problem with our own van. We already had tickets to Padres Opening Night last Sunday and Jim was the only local company who could help us out. Very informative and helpful regarding the rental van usage and options. Overall just a very good job of taking care of his customers. Bonus: the Padres beat LA and, double bonus, he sent me my garage door remote which I left in van saving me time and (gas) money!
