Sean Stoddard did an amazing job with our remodel. He is the first contractor I’ve ever hired that actually did what he said he would do in the time he quoted. He did an extensive remodel of our house which included adding a new front entry, new façade on the front of the house, and tile roof. SNS subcontractors were all great people and had full crews on site the entire time until their piece of the project was completed. Our project moved at an amazing pace and on budget. I couldn’t be happier with our decision to use Sean and his subs.

We decided on stamped concrete and a new retaining wall and I can’t say enough about the results.
Sean was patient with us through the design and estimating phase and when he said it would be done by a certain time, it was.

My friend Laura D. was in the process of remodeling her home and I knew she was very happy with the work that was being done by SNS. So, when we had projects in our Granny Flat, we knew we wanted to call SNS Building Services to bid on our job. Our project scope; replace tub and install walk in shower, install marble tiles in new shower, install granite counters – and we were also considering installing granite in the Granny Flat kitchen too.
From the moment my husband and I met with Sean, we could tell he was a very genuine and trustworthy person. Very professional and very easy to go through the details of the project. Even though we received multiple bids, he was the obvious choice. Every step of the way, he was beyond patient and followed up on everything he promised. He was timely and never missed a beat. In this day in age, you can’t trust anyone at their word, but with Sean, you can trust that he will do the right thing. Always.

We were more than pleased with the work that was done and look forward to bringing back Sean and his team one day to work on additional projects around our house. I have a problem. My problem is that THERE AREN’T ENOUGH WORDS IN THE DICTIONARY TO DESCRIBE THE GREAT SERVICES OF SNS!
They’re fantabuloso, excellentissimo, grandemente wunderbaro! I have worked with contractors before but have never found anyone so ready and willing and capable and efficient as Sean. And — I think I’ve said this before — he can do ANYTHING. He’s fast, he’s reliable and always cheerful. He makes a great team with Dawn, who handles all the details (the devil is in the details, ya know).
I’m tempted to emulate that Winchester woman, who built the Winchester house. She never stopped remodeling because she believed if she kept building, she would never die. Well, I would do it just to keep Sean and Dawn around, because they’re the best.
If you’re looking for a contractor, don’t bother to look any further. Sean and Dawn will get it done right.

I have had many contractors at my residence before and within a matter of time, I discovered the downside of their work product and/​or the faulty promises made to me. Not with SNS Building Services!
