Starbucks

Once upon a time this little market Starbucks had lines heading out the door, service with smiles, and excellent flavors poured from the cups just like their larger counter-​part. Today, it has crumbled to a lifeless, watery, cheaply made, no smiles, heading out of business, tired filler of space. Settled inside the once great Vons, now Haggens, and in a few weeks Smart & Final, this bux has followed the depreciated value of it’s host store. The employees behind the counter and throughout the host store are unhappy, which is reflected in the quality of drinks. This once great ‘One Stop Shop’, is losing what was once a great addition to a magnificent grocery store. I would normally be sad to see a great coffee joint like this mini-​bux go out of business; but with the inception of Haggen a few months back we have been watching it die a slow and miserable death. It is finally time to pull the plug. Today is the day. It closes forever at 3:30pm. Rest In Peace Starbucks Mini-​Franchise. You were a good friend at one point and for many years. The cancer that infected your soul has taken you down with it. Maybe one day you will resurrect when the owners of the shopping center realize what they have done to the community. Until then…

I just left this Starbucks and the bartista got my order wrong. I ordered a caramel frappé plus a cold coffee with half & half and two shots of caramel. She missed the two shots of caramel I asked for. Her service was terrible. She was obviously in a crummy mood and it showed by her terrible service. She didn’t care to wait for my receipt to print out, she had a mess of cups and spills in the back. As she prepared my drinks she slammed doors and looked pissed off.

If you want to pay top dollar for a sloppy drink coupled with low class service, this is the Starbucks to visit. The barista is beyond rude! This is based on 3 different times with this girl. The drink was spilled all over the sides of the cup, was not even mixed and when i asked for napkins she actually shoved them at me! I suggest driving a few miles to the next Starbucks. I will never go there again.

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but this one kind of sucked. Located inside Haggen’s Market. The staff were curt and unfriendly. The lady in front of me had a pretty big order, so I knew that it would take a little extra time to make, but I wasn’t worried. But then, a long started to form, the lady in front of me got her drinks, then the next 3 people that were behind me got theirs as well. I asked if mine was going to be ready, as I have been waiting for 10 minutes already. The guy then got my order wrong, even though it is on the front. I didn’t say anything because I was already irked, so just took it and left. A supposedly 5 min trip to Starbucks took almost 30. I was late to work. I was also disappointed that they did not have a food options outside of cookies (was dying for a breakfast sandwich that I get at other starbucks).

Gnats were on the bakery items. Told the guy there & he didn’t act like it was a big deal. Then a bee was inside the case crawling on the food & the employee ignored it. Another guy came & he took it out & left the food there. Skip this Starbucks, disgusting.

I go to this Starbucks a lot because of how close it is to me, but I’m kind of over have coffee stains on my clothes because they make messes on the cups and don’t clean it up or over fill the drink. Whenever I go there I get a lot of attitude from the guy that is always there. He always acts like he doesn’t care about the customer. I wanted to reload my card with cash and I didn’t know how to do it and all he told me was to slide my card and it asked if the total that I had previously was correct so I pushed «ok» I didn’t know I had to push add funds because I wasn’t sure if it was going to charge my debit card and then he acted frustrated with me when I didn’t know how to automatically do it. To be honest the only reason I go to this one is because I don’t want to drive across town.

This place is okay. In get in I get out… not as friendly as other locations but whatever I just want my passion tea lemonade. They can keep the smiles

FYI: This Starbucks is inside Vons and next to the Panda Express.
Every time I come to this Starbucks I always leave disappointed. My drink is always over spilling and is always watered down. When I ask them to remake it, they never actually do it. They think it’s clever if they put it in the blender and blend it more so that it will magically transform into the correct mixtures.
On the flip side, the boys who work here are very friendly.
