I Love Starbucks and having it inside the grocery store is always nice, you can pick one up before you go shop. However, there is ALWAYS something wrong. They have signs up for the ‘salted caramel mocha’ a special drink that is only on the menu a couple times a year, yet they dont have the toffee syrup for it? why go out of your way to advertise for something you cannot provide. It hasn’t even just been once either. there regularly out of product. Then today my husband went to get me a java chip (ive lost faith in the salted caramel mocha), and their blender was broken. So although its 85 degrees out, here i am drinking a hot drink, because they cant provide what i want. Customer service is pretty good though on the other hand, just wish theyd be stocked.

This starbucks is located inside the vons in the avocado/​chase shopping center. The question I think most people ask when going to a grocery store sb is the consistency. Every coffee I’ve had here tastes identical to any other franchise location in my opinion. The staff is friendly and fast and now you can use the starbucks app for added convenience too.

For only being open a month or so, this Starbucks’s speed of service is precise, drink quality and accuracy excellent and customer service impeccable. Kudos to this staff.
