I should’ve looked this place up before I came here. But, I was hungry and it was close. Also, I had to use the bathroom really bad. I’ve used porta-johns on construction sites that were cleaner than this. Then it came time to get my sandwich. Let’s just say Rafael is not the brightest tool in the box… the bread was dry, even though I was told the wheat was the freshest kind of bread they had. Tried to upsell me to a medium drink… they don’t even have the regular size displayed. Kinda shady, since I was hungry and not really paying attention til the price came up. Never coming to this location again…

I checked out this Subway to try their new carved turkey sandwich. I asked for the 6″ on wheat bread with no mayo but with some of their new Gorgonzola dressing similar but I found lighter then a blue cheese dressing. I added some Sun Cheddar Harvest Chips and an Iced Tea. I had them heat the sandwich because that is the way I liked to roll. The sandwich also came with a couple of sliced of crispy bacon which were good, but what I really tasted was the carved turkey. It was pretty thick and had a good mild turkey flavor. It was tender and the ends still had a ring that had even more good flavor. The spinach and tomatoes I asked for were fresh, but a little more spinach would of been nice. The wheat bread was good and the warming gave it some nice moistness. I asked for Provolone cheese, but they barely put enough on the sandwich. They basically put a half a slice, sliced in half, so basically the cheese was almost non existent when coupled with the rest of ingredients. On a good note, they did put a lot of turkey on the sandwich. Service was good. They girl who took my order was I believe in her teens and she handle herself well.

F THEPLACE!!! They toast my wife’s sandwich without asking, gave her freezer-burnt cucumber, gave me stale bread, and a drink with a messed up cup so my lid doesn’t close properly. This was all served by their«employee of the month». If that was their best employee, just imagine what the rest of the staff is like. DONOTGOHERE!

I have never hated a subway as much as I hate this one! The first time I came here i ordered a party platter to be picked up before I went to the drive in. When I came back for the sandwhiches which I had paid for the girl could not find them. The manager who took my order was off work and un reachable by phone. I decided to give them a second chance today. Both of my Hot subs were cold when I got them home less than 5 minutes after paying and walking out the door. The girl making my sandwhiches was slow and didnt know how to make a sandwhich. I will NOT be wasting my time or my money at this subway ever again! Id rather drive 15 to 20 minutes one way to get a good sandwhich!

Paul is not very good at customer service. Who denies water to a paying customer? Interesting right? Well his manager said he’s not allowed to give customers water. From The tap not even a bottle! Are you kidding me??? Good thing there is this girl jenni working and had amazing service and makes a great sandwich.

Just a very average sandwich with small portions of meat and large portions of vegetables to act as fillers. Baked bread is not too flavorful. Customer service is average for fast food.

Worst service of ALL subways in east county. Only store that has charged me $.40 extra to toast a sandwich. Scratch THIS location OFF my list forever!!!

Not joking, it was about a year ago now but I haven’t returned since… It was about 3:00 am last time I went. When this subway first went 24 hours I decided to go after my shift, I worked nights at the time. I was already bummed because the toaster oven wasn’t working and I was craving a meatball sub. It was cold outside so i wanted something warm. Anyways my friend and I settled on something else and sat down. Two masked men came in afterwards and held the cashiers up by knifepoint and my friend and I at the table. They jacked my friends phone and asked for mine, not sure why but I put my phone back in my purse and told the robber to get out of my face. Which then threw him back a bit because I saw his hand start to shake… I guess most people don’t tell robbers off when they are getting mugged lol. Looking back on that I’m still not sure what got into me… Anyways back to the main point. Retards here at Subway don’t have any working cameras in there. All the cameras are just for looks… Are you for real guys? C’mon… 24 hour place and no security? I got a free sub afterwards when the police showed up and they took my friend and my statement. I would avoid this place mostly because it just isn’t safe!

I will never ever come here again. This place is just horrible. They have no service skills whatsoever. They need to fire everyone and restaff. I come in amd get no greeting. Person that took my order asked«what u want.» I had to repeat myself 3 times for everything. The whole time she looked like death without a smile and just hated life. When I gave her a smile and said thanks she flipped her hair at me like I was hitting on. Hello common courtesy you say thanks and smile when you purchase something. Im actually writing this review in my car since I was so pissed off at this service. The bad rating for this subway does not surprise me at all Tip: if you get a skinny stick looking short girl wearing colored contacts and acting like shes the shit wait til someone else is available.

While Subway food may be fine, this location is now beyond hope. This store is grossly overstaffed, and the result is these people can’t stop yakking with each other long enough to handle business. They can’t answer basic questions like«Are you selling breakfast right now?» or «How much is a _____sandwich?» without hunting down a manager. I’ve had to walk out without ordering on several occasions — even with no other customers in the store! — because they couldn’t get their act together to start an order.

The staff here was so rude. They tried to rush us along and tried to ring us up for someone else’s sandwiches. When we needed to pay for most of the sandwiches separate the girl at the register kinda rolled her eyes at us. When I was in line she didn’t ask us if we needed any other sandwiches i had to tell her i wasn’t done i needed 2 more and she insisted on toasting my flat bread sandwich and i had to keep repeating myself saying No this location will no longer get my business. Very rude and i wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

This review is only for this Subway’s breakfast service. I have been to this store many times during lunch/dinner hours and have never had any concerns. But yesterday was my second visit during the morning hours and both times I left dissatisfied. I went in for a cup of coffee and an egg sandwhich while waiting for the oil change on my car to be completed. The young man behind the counter was clearly a new employee as he kind of looked at me funny when I made my order. He was asking his female co-worker for some help and she acted like she could not give him the time of day. The young man also did not know the difference between egg whites and a «regular» egg. I eventually received my sandwhich and went to pour my coffee from their dispenser and there was coffee grounds floating in my cup. It reminded me of the one other time I went in for coffee and the coffee was ice cold. Maybe this Subway should save some money, open later in the day and stick to lunch/dinner service.

The friendliest subway store ever. Workers are polite, professional and very talkative. They even convinced my 8 year old to try jalapeño spiced cheese. Great crew. I stop here on the way to hiking Mt laguna.
