I feel sorry for the staff here. Always only 1 person working with customers waiting in long lines at slow times every time I come. Management must think they are saving money by under staffing. WRONG! You are losing, as customers are not inclined to wait 20 minutes(my last visit) for a sub. Get serious. What if your staff wants to restroom break? 1 person working? Really? Amazing !!

my wife had a coupon they refused it. she had the cupon for the free classic 6inch when you buy another with a drink. she wanted the steak and the lady behind the counter said she can not take it for that item.

Horrible service This is the last time I will ever come here. First time I came here they had run out of the bread I wanted. The next time I came here to order my veggie pattie. They tell me that, «we are all out». I eat my now bland sandwich with no veggie party and they make no way of compensation at all. While I’m finishing up my order, then they find the patties that they ran out of… Make no means of making it up.

Just wanted to say whoever runs this location needs to manage it a little better. Leaving a employee alone during a lunch rush what we’re you thinking? However Ana was the only worker during my transaction and she was completly slammed with customers. She was very polite and keep it together during her insane rush. Somebody give this hard working girl a raise will ya?

Only two stars because my sandwich was okay with the cookies we ate ! I was pretty much bothered the whole. time when it seemed like this Latin girl with short hair bossing the rest of her crew around & I can see they were bothered by her & she was just there at the register doing nothing. I mean I understand you are the manager but it would be nice to say please and thank you especially when there’s customers around that can see everything.

A very friendly and customer service oriented staff. A very clean and welcoming establishment. A much better subway then the one I visited recently in Downtown L.A. by Union Station. Keep up the good work. 5 stars!

I came in a week or so ago around lunch time, it was pretty busy. There were two girls working; I was very impressed with how they handled the line, they took their time with each person, didn’t seem rushed or startled. Now I remember the second cashier more, you can tell she cared about her work and wanted you to enjoy your experience! I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but it was so refreshing to get good service from the younger workers. I would say she was 16 – 17, the sandwich was made well, thank you! Next time I come in I will get her name and leave another review!

Never going here again, came in and there was two make worker/managers fighting loudly in the back. The girl was trying her best to ignore and help us but it was so unfair she was on her own helping everyone and they are screaming and fighting in some other language. Then we go to get our drinks and the ice machine has so much mold on it. They clearly don’t care for cleaning it.

This really is a GREAT store. It is very clean. The employees are exceptionally polite. They remember you, and how you normally order. Sasha, Liz, and William really are models for good employees. I have seen them deal with some real rude and demanding customers. Always smiling and professional. Good job!

They’re great! They rarely ever mess up on my order and they are very friendly. I love the new Subway Order App now… When I use it I’ve only had one instance when my food wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up but then again they were pretty busy.

Clean, polite, and quick. Never have a problem with my food or the employees, I’ve been in here a few times since I live close and the employees have stated to recognize me a bit. They are helpful and friendly and I’ve never seen unprofessional behavior or any signs of health concern. I mean, it’s subway so you aren’t getting a 5 star gourmet experience, but it’s a good location. As a young woman alone I’ve never felt threatened by the customers or the area. Overall recommend

Don’t know why I came back. They suck at making sandwiches NOW. its sloppy, rushed, and most employees there are like robots with no personalities
