I have tried to shop here 2x in the last few months. Each time I have come there has been a little sign that says«be back in 10 minutes» but there was no return in 10 minutes. Geez, I don’t even really know when that 10 minutes started but it was way longer than 10 minutes. Today after waiting 30 minutes I have conceded that that store will never get the $$ I was planning on shelling out for a new pair of Prada’s. Don’t waste your time here.

The selection is limited to pretty much anything over $ 100. I tried to make a return and they claimed they didn’t have enough funds to cover it. I have previous retail management experience and see how that might(MIGHT) happen so I went to another store. They claimed that since the product wasn’t purchased there that they couldn’t do the return. Odd! I called the store in Fashion valley mall and spoke with«Trixina». She asked which store I got the item at and said she would have no problem doing the refund. At this point my back was already killing me so I had my buddy bring the item in, with the receipt, to make the return. He asked for, and spoke to, Trixina. She told him she could not make the refund and mentioned something about a scandal. I called«Trixina» from the parking lot and she denied speaking to my buddy and, after some persuading, revealed she did speak with him and claimed that the manager from the original store called them claiming we were trying to defraud the company. Apparently this idiot at the store inside Westfield Parkway was calling other stores claiming that I was defrauding the company somehow. Aside from being a slanderous act there were several other things I could have sued them for. I spoke with someone from the upper offices and finally was able to make the return. All they offered was the refund. I should have sued them but told them I wouldn’t if they made the return.

Huge selection, but the service immediately turned me away. Didn’t catch the lady’s name but I wish I did. Didn’t really acknowledge me when I walked in. When I asked questions they were kinda shirt answers. Maybe because I was walking in with my work cloths on and probably just thought I wasnt going to buy Nything

Very knowledgeable about the lines that they carry, although there does seem to be a bit of a gap when it comes to the products offered by their suppliers that aren’t currently carried in the store. When I was in this store, both during the Christmas shopping season, and shortly after Christmas, the young lady who assisted me was very helpful and friendly. She was able to direct me to a couple different brands that met my needs, and waited patiently as I tried on a different different styles of shades, keeping track of my comments and complaints about each and using them to refine her recommendations. One note was that during the post-Christmas visit, there was only one employee on the floor, and when another customer came in, she was tied up with me and unable to get to his shopping needs for a good 10 minutes. I’d hate to have been that guy. I recommend this store to anyone who is need of new eyeware, and wants something a little better than the cheap plastic you can find at Target or Walmart.

Incompetent. Lost a noise piece on my 300 shades. 20 cent part. I cant be the first guy to loose one of these, right? By talking to this«clerk» you would think i was. The only suggestion was to check their website. Why did buy it from a store in the first place. The deer in the headlights look is getting old in general but this was so simple that the fact that it has turned into such a hassle is a crime. UPS here I come.
