Let me begin by saying how friendly this establishment is, everyone greets you with a beautiful smile and from the get go I knew this is the place I’ll come back too.
Now about my hairstylist… The amazing Emily :)…if I can give her a 10 star I would but Unilocal only allows me to give 5 stars so I’ll I’ve her the full 5 stars.
You may ask why 5 stars? Well for starters she had the greatest attitude to begin with and a happy smile that is so contagious.
I wasn’t having a good day to begin with but she lifted my spirit up and made me laugh.
I sat down and told Emily the style of hair cuts I’ve always gotten at a local barbershop. a buzz fade, but she convince me to try a new hair style and at first I was questionable because I’m so use to my old ways but for some odd reason I trusted her.
She went to work and not only was I amazed with the style of my hair now but never been more confident of myself.
You see the 5 stars is not just because supercuts, its employees and Emily that do such an fantastic jobs but their employees like Emily who makes everyone experience that people never forget. I know I won’t and that’s why I’ll be back!

Just had my hair cut at Super Cuts, what a great place! I barely had to wait, and this is my second time with barely a wait. The stylists are friendly, professional and know what they are doing! I had Jazmine cut my hair, she was great! Best cut I’ve had in a long time!!!

Great haircut experience, fast and friendly. Looks pretty good too. The only problem is that it was a bit pricy, $ 19 for a simple men’s haircut is overpriced.

Let me give you the background…
It had been literally 6 years since I have had my hair cut because I was so afraid. I have long wavy/​curly hair and for some reason I could never find anyone who knew how to cut my hair right. The last hair cut I had left me with a mullet. So needless to say I was afraid to get my hair cut.
A friend of mine recommended this spot and Emily was the one who cut my hair. She was friendly and greeted me with a smile. I explained to her my horrific story about my last haircut and that I was nervous. She was very personable and asked me how I wanted my hair cut and talked me through each step which made me feel at ease.
She not only knew how to cut my long thick wavy hair but she did an amazing job!!! I finally found a stylist for my hair and I would never go anywhere else!!! Emily Thank you for my fabulous haircut!!!

I’m very surprised with the great service I received here. The girls were very nice to us clients, though I think one of the hairdressers got catty with another hairdresser briefly. Anyway, Victoria was my hairdresser, and I absolutely love the cut I got! I asked for a trim, as well as layers and a rounded V-​shape. I showed Victoria some photos of haircuts that I liked. Victoria suggested face-​framing layers, which look fantastic on me. Not only does my haircut look styled without any styling (I like to air dry and leave it at that), but it surprisingly brings out my bayalage from two years ago out very well.
Victoria was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. She went above and beyond with my cut, going for what would be best for my hair as opposed to what would make the business the most money. I’m very happy with my cut and absolutely recommend Victoria.

In and out overpriced haircuts. Wait along time then rush, rush, rush. usually serviced by inexperienced newbies. Tried to call ahead as advertised on their website, but I was told that was not possible. Last haircut was absolute disaster. Never to return.

After calling a couple of places this afternoon without any success due to no available appointments, hair color not in stock or both, I decide to call my go-​to hair place — Supercuts! I talked to a friendly girl on the phone who even after telling her our hair saga encouraged us to come in. My teen daughter and I were instantly welcomed by Emily who immediately put my daughter and her frantic mother at ease. Her hair situation was a complicated one and Emily took the time to listen to our hair drama and patiently gave her opinion on options. She was exceptional at explaining what had happened to my daughter’s hair color and tips on how to prevent it from happening again. She was honest and up-​front about worst-​case scenarios and about cost. I felt comfortable leaving my daughter in Emily’s care while we ran some errands because I knew that my daughter felt at ease with her. I got a text from my daughter a couple of hours later saying she was ready and that her hair looked AWESOME! Emily, you made my girl happy today! I thank you for that! No easy feat! Happy daughter, happy mom!

I absolutely love this place, i came in out of desperation and was pleasantly surprised. I have tried two ladies, my first choice is Emily, she is actually able to cut my curly unruly hair and my hair always looks great. Tiffany is also pretty amazing!

I would say they messed up my hair 2 out of every 5 times I came in, and I have a simple short guy’s cut. Pricey to boot. People are nice, but I stopped coming in because one hair stylist had to get help to finish my cut.

I recently moved to the area and asked a woman with a gorgeous cut & color where she went and was a bit surprised when she said Supercuts. I went with the recommendation and was not disappointed! Tessa is amazing and I am so glad I found a new place close to home that has excellent prices and wonderful service! I could not be happier, not only with the lovely style and color Tessa gave me, but the whole shop had a great feel, the other ladies were sweet and everyone was having fun. A lot of regulars came in while I was there, I can see why and I’m their newest!

This is my favorite supercuts. Carolyn cut my hair and its awesome! She put some goop in my hair that smelled like coconuts. The jar says Enjoy. I bought some and boy am I enjoying it! I’ll recommend Carolyn to all my friends and I will be back! :)

Love getting my hair done here!!! The wait is never long and the girls are so friendly. They do a great job with kids cuts my 3 year old wants her hair cut everyday lol!!! As long as I’m in the area I’ll be continuing to go here!!!

Hands down received the worst haircut I have ever had in my life here. Never going back.

We decided to take our 1 year old Grandson to get his first hair cut today. What a champ and let me tell you about Kattie Cartelli! Kattie has the patience of a Saint! From start to finish took about 25 minutes. There was no crying and he actually sat for her during the whole time. She actually offered him a lolly pop half way through. I really appreciated her and her style. She was dressed very professionally and her make up was on hit! The other really cool thing was that she gave us a Baby First Hair Cut card with a plastic covering to put the hair in. That was really good customer service! I applaud you Ms. Kattie the stylist!

I’m a business professional who’s been visiting Supercuts for almost 20 years. The #1 reason that I’m a repeat customer — is because of a spectacular stylist named Amy Powell. She’s been doing my hair for nearly 15 of those years, dating back to early 1997. I started asking for her by name after watching her in action for a few years. Hands down, she continues to give the best haircuts I’ve seen to every client who’s ever sat in her chairs — from toddlers to senior citizens — all possessing the most diverse hair types, textures and styles on the planet. She’s got the best hands holding a pair of scissors anywhere, and trust me — I should know, because before I met Amy — I used to pay an arm and a leg for lesser work done by upscale salons and independent stylists throughout the San Diego area.
But the blue-​chip bonus with Amy is this: People can go anywhere for a haircut. Amy is a gem because she’s not only a great stylist, but she’s also sensitive to her clients’ needs while possessing a dazzling personality. She’s funny, animated and sincere. You feel you’re in the best hands when you ask for Amy because she’s got professionalism and confidence written all over her. I’ve seen her adapt her personality to the temperament of each client. (Sometimes outgoing, sometimes subdued.) At the end of the day, her clients walk out feeling happy that they got a great haircut and a marvelous personal experience that feels customized just for them. Hence I wasn’t surprised when she eventually became a manager. I think her craftsmanship, attitude and longevity are a great reflection of the Supercuts brand. She obviously loves her job. PRO:
Ive been going to this shop for about a year now. The place is very clean, in a nice area and the emloyees are very professional and friendly from the front desk person to the stylists. I’ve been to a few other baber shops in the area and really find the staff at this one more inviting and more attentive to the customer than most. Ive always walked in for a trim before a date, inspection, or a ceremony and walked out completely happy!
The stylist that I always prefer is Emily, she pays attention to every detail that you request from her, is helpful, friendly and takes great personal pride in being a stylist that meets every expectation. The others are just as happy to help but I just have her as my personal preference because she knows my style and how I like my hair product put in.
Amy always comes up to me and asks how Ive been and is just as attentive with my cuts!
CON:
The only concern I have is that sometimes there is a lil bit of a wait but I wouldnt hold that against them, families love to go there en masse every once in a while… and if you want a quality haircut, you really dont want to have someone rushing your trim. They do make sure youre happy!
AREA/​CONVENIENCE:
If they are busy, I just let them know Im there and go grab an ice cream from Coldstone thats down a few stores or knock out some grocery shopping from the Albertsons or Target right next door… so its in a very convenient area!
PS: If you look at all the other peoples comments here youll notice that they really didnt grade any of their other graded salons well. To say that any of these ladys are unfriendly absolutely cannot be true at all, they are true professionals and customer service with a smile is always practiced here.

Amy is the manager of this Supercuts… and if you can get in with her she will definitely give you a good haircut.
I don’t know if she is still working here but if you need a cut and if you can get in with her… it’s not your normal Supercuts appointment.
