Valley Motel

Dirtiest motel I’ve ever stayed at. My boyfriend & I didn’t even want to go to sleep. We didn’t want to use the sheets so we asked for clean towels and used those as our blanket. The towels we got had stains on them. They don’t have a maid, theres mold growing in the bathroom. Toilets are un sanitized. The toilet paper was even dirty. Mirrors are dirty, blinds are messed up. Tubs were dirty. Stains on bed sheets. Only one lock on the door, not sure why the other two were broken, didn’t feel safe at all, «office» is also dirty. Five stars for the sweet manager, 0 stars for the room itself. Wouldn’t stay here again. We could’ve gotten a different motel with that price that was at least clean. Im pretty sure they’re not going to clean anything or change the sheets for the next guest. Rooms & furniture are very dated. They need new everything including DOORS. Oh and the SMELL WAS REALLY BAD. I know every motel has a stench but this one was really really strong.

0!!! This place is horrible !!! It’s disgusting! The room I had the beds were already messed up, freezing, the mirror looked as though it was wiped down with a dirty rag. The microwave was filthy, the dust on the ceiling fan had to at least be an inch thick. The T. v was an old model. The shower glass door had soap scum on them probably from a couple years ago. I believe this place to be a hotel that is probably for the homeless, pimps, and prostitute! The towels they handed me upon entrance were stained and I couldn’t bare to stay in this place as much as I tried to convince myself because the manager is very sweet and I hated to complain to her. She is the only thing that motel has going for them, but as much as I tried to convince myself I couldn’t stomach it for my daughter and me. The room smelt funny and the towels only like bleach. The managers office was disorganized and not professional. The locks on the doors consist of a dead bolt and a door locked. It isn’t card operated. There is a sign behind the manager desk that doesn’t stand out that states 15 mins after checking in no refunds. ! Be warned!!! The manager was kind enough to give me a full refund though it was after 15 min because she was kind enough and my money was tight at the time. I would never reserve a room from them again.

This motel is not the old motel. I tried to check in 3 years ago and this place was disgusting I literally walked out of the office I stopped in to the convenience store right next door about 2 weeks ago I noticed the motel had brand new windows I called and talk to Shanda she told me they redid every room from the floor up I stopped in the next day and she went out of her way to show me three different rooms all the rooms look the same very clean and very different I stayed there for 3 days there price was amazing Shanda her service was amazing one of the handles in the bathtub kept spinning Shanda came up immediately address the issue fixed it very professionally I cannot say enough about how awesome this motel now if you stay anywhere else you are paying too much this motel it’s not the Hyatt but it’s a great room at a great price and clean

I would give this place a 0 only not allowed. Certainly never would give even a 1. nothing good about this place except price however, you always get what you pay for. You pull up here and In parking space, you are welcomed with large piles dog poop which someone trailed up in hallway and up stairs. Open door, turned on light and saw Roaches scatter on wall, floor and even in bathtub. Spider webs on wall, room was dirty, crumbs on stove, poop in and on toilet, manager looks homeless, no linen on bed, she brought up a blanket which looked like she removed one elsewhere. Didn’t smell washed and clean. We never used blanket. Not to mention the appalling smell upon entering room. Makes you wanna vomit. We stayed 1 night here and checked out, and once 2 am came, i was ready to leave, my boyfriend slept in car and i slept in room w/​kids so they wouldn’t be alone. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. this PLACE SHOULD BE BURNED DOWN to the GROUND!!! NEVER GO HERE!!! MAKES ME Itch THINKING ABOUT this PLACE. ID RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR OR ON A PARK BENCH!!! I now have nightmares whenever i drive by. Worst hotel experience ever, no wonder why i was given my money back, i am going 2 call health department !!!
