If they have what you need then it’s great. Both times I went they didn’t have what I was looking for. Not their fault. Someone beat me to my sizes. The people working there are always friendly and helpful. The only drawback is parking. I use the pharmacy lot next door.

WHOA!!! don’t go here! Super over priced, their sales are a joke! $ 45-​$ 55 for a pair of Vans and they have huge signs everywhere that the 2nd pair is ½ price… bait and switch! Of course read the fine print. These shoes are half off not those shoes. Just like Steve Martin in The Jerk…“you can have anything from this shelf to that shelf, from that shelf two inches down to this shelf, and from that ugly shoe to this ugly shoe” Anyway, shop online better prices. Plus this place is the size of a closet in a bad part of town, you would expect better prices.

Super friendly staff. I stopped in today (on our way home to LA) with my husband and four kids. The staff was really helpful and nice. It’s a pretty small store but still had lots of great deals.

I am having the hardest time finding a certain size 13 shoe for my son so i called the vans store in Horton Plaza and the young man told me they had all been sent to the outlet stores. I called El Cajon Vans Outlet and got this awesome employee Chris who actually dug thru the boxes looking for me, yes took the time to do that, I could hear it! Came back to the phone and said NO they did not have it but they were expecting another shipment and I should call back @ 3:00 today. NOW THAT IS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! UR AWESOME CHRIS!

I recently found this place on a whim. I was going to go pick up my car and my girlfriend pointed it out to me that we just passed a VANS Outlet. In the middle of El Cajon, So I made a U-​turn at the next light and for sure it is a small Vans Outlet. The prices are all marked down, and i was able to get a pair of shoes for $ 10 and a free pair of slippers.
