My experience with Sephanie the manager was the best ever. My nephew was in need of new glasses and did not have insurance, she made sure to let us know all our different options and helped us to make the best selection for his needs. She also went over the insurance plans which we did purchase and she was right we have already used with no problems what so ever. I am a true believer that if you take the time and let a person like Stephanie do her job you will be very happy with the results.

I was in a bind with my broken frames. An assc. named Wendy installed the lenses right on the spot ! I was out of there in 10 –15 min tops for about $ 85.00. She also gave me some informative advice on some other glasses I am considering purchasing. I received prompt no nonsense service tonight ! Thank you Wendy

I am reluctant to give 1 star reviews, but this place needs basic training or corporate needs to adopt common sense in thier policies. 1 day prior I found a pair of sun glasses I liked. Everyone was busy so I waited until the next time I was in. That was today, again it was very busy, the two working where focused on thier computers, I was # 5 to Be served, so I waited. #1 n # 2, took the staff 25 min to help, Felt like the DMV, no one would look at you or even acknowledge your presence. And then when the first two customers where done, my heart soared with hope, then a woman walked in with an appiontment and the people who had waited 30 min. Didnt even get Acknowledged, or have a bone of hoped tossed our way, the manager took the appiontment — Ill skip the next 17 min. Of strangness — I was up, my purchase simple, clean, fast, I even had cash — how long could it take. The only pair was the one on the rack for $ 150, ok. Sold, got a case, yes. See vanished in the back for 5 min. I think they had a staff meeting, i could see them talking in back. But i am fine, if i pay her I can go, nope she needs to put me in the computer. Ok ok anything, I give up. Then her questions were personal, all right I answered most of them, she asked my birthday-I told her, she asked what year — I informed her that was not necessary to sale a pair of sun glasses, she insisted — the computer must have this information if you want these sunglasses. Bottom line, you must tell them what year you are born in order to purchase something here! So, i decided to do buisness with some one else.

It was a horrible experience. I took my insurance into the office the staff member told to go call my insurance company myself and find out if the vision center accepting my insurance. Lazy staff members.

Dr’s office staff is very rude and unprofessional. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I noticed this during last years eye exam. I was contemplating returning this year. Today I went in after shopping to set up an appointment for next Tuesday and to get a trial pair of contacts to hold me over till then. I advised them I was on my last pair of contacts and they have been bothering me. They were more worried about getting an approval from my new insurance then my well being. They would not schedule an appointment or give me the trial pair even after I offered to pay cash for the appointment. This Dr. and staff do not have a concern for customers health. They have lost my business which includes five other family members.
